It comes from China, so it usually takes many weeks (I swear it comes via donkey :), but the quality of the bags is actually very good!

I had the same problem too… until I created an account! I tried it again after that and even though the pics still didn’t upload, they were saved to my account and from there you can click on choose this photo (it says something like that) under each pic you have, then it will show up on whichever item you’re creating… and you can see how it looks and go from there! HTH

I looked back through my emails, I ordered on 12/1, it shipped 12/28. But I wasn’t in a rush, so I didn’t mind. I don’t remember how long the actual shipping time was.
We have ordered personalized mouse pads in the past. No complaints but as stated above shipping is slow. Right now we are waiting on 2 mouse pads and its been 3 weeks and still no mouse pad.

I’ve ordered several things from them over the years and they’ve mostly been great. Just wanted to give a heads up that a shirt I ordered with text on it arrived with the text backward. Coming from China and only having paid $1, I didn’t make a fuss, but it’s something you may want to take into consideration when designing your product.

I made a child ID with the dog tag years ago. I listed my husband and my names and our phone numbers. I also put my children’s name in very small type so a stranger couldn’t see it and call to them. I tie them to my kids shoes when we go somewhere there is a chance of separating.

Shipping is slow but I’ve always been pleased with the things I’ve ordered over the years. I ordered an umbrella, tons of necklaces, eye glass cleaners, camera case, and make up case. I’m sure there are other things…LOL. I’m a photo gift junkie. 🙂
