It usually makes you choose the $5 option for shipping, but when you look to the subtotal on the right, it will show that the $5 is added and then subtracted.
I was confused by this before but I realized it showed $5 for shipping & then either next to it or right under it, it subtracted the cost.

I had the strangest thing happen in early April. They lost my order! I’ve called, emailed talked to many different people and reps and they keep trying to find it and can’t. After they made the tracking label there is no sign of it anywhere! No apology, nothing. I’m bummed. I’ve shopped for years here and they aren’t even trying to make it right. I did go in to try to reorder the stuff, but most of it is gone now. And they still haven’t refunded me!
