I’m going to
Town to get a jcpenny coupon and a dog food!!!
Haha! Me too girl, take the kids! Wonder if they could get the dog food? More to donate 😉
I foster cats for a local rescue group and dry food and puppy food is always needed for ANY rescue group. Thank you guys so much! Our Petsmart even has a donation box for local charities this month!!
Thank you so much for letting me know about this freebie. I don’t have a dog but, im going to donate the bag to a local pet shelter. ☺
How sweet! You are SO welcome!
Bummer it’s only for the first 100. I gotta work tomorrow. I should have my dog stand in line for me. 🙂
hahaha! My dog would TOTALLY forget his manners if I didn’t stand in line with him 🙂
This is so awesome. Thanks for the post!! I do have dogs and as kind as the thought of a donation to a dog shelter is I personally feel like this should be for dog owners. Just an opinion.
You’re very welcome Karol!
Do you have to buy anything? I was just there the other day and don’t need anything. Tried to find out of Facebook but couldn’t tell on my phone. TIA
Hey there Stacey! It doesn’t look like you have to buy anything! Woo Hoo!
I was just there and you do not have to purchase anything
Although no purchase is required, you will be required to pay taxes ($1.15). Original retail price is 16.99 so to only pay 1.15 is a great deal!
For grain free it was $1.62….. they shouldn’t say free. I thought that was a little silly that they made you pay sales tax.
It’s the law, so it wasn’t up to them. Some places aren’t required to pay tax.
Yeah, it wasn’t “free”. Cost me $1.28 in tax for this “free” item. Misleading
Sorry for any confusion, and thanks so much for the feedback. It does seem that tax can vary by state. Hope this helps!
out of stock socal
Bummer!
I like how they did this. They had a display at my store telling you about the deal with the bags of dog food on the display. The coupon was attached to the bag and said it was good for May 20 only. Many people didn’t seem to know about it even though it was set up right in the entryway. I was more than happy to pay the tax and will be taking mine to the shelter we adopted our dog from 5 years ago.
How cool! Thanks for the feedback Connie!
