I love these backpacks. My boys used to go through several backpacks (non jansports) a year bc they r rough on them. All 3 have had the superbreaks for 4 yrs now and they show no wear and tear. I have had the trans by jansport big student backpack that I used for college and it’s still amazing. Redistributes weight too so it doesn’t feel heavy. I highly recommend jansport bookbags. I haven’t had to use the warranty but it’s nice to know it’s there if I need it. At this rate I’ll be upgrading them to big student bookbags before I do 🙂

I had a Jansport backpack for 20 years. The zipper broke and the inside was starting to flake off. I sent it in and they replaced it without any hassle. Great backpack and a great warranty!

That is my question too, I bought a Jansport backpack for my daughter last year & it already ripped, but I don’t have the receipt any longer.

You don’t need a receipt. I just sent my 25 year old backpack in. That receipt is long gone. I had no issues.
