I love my Alta. It’s perfect for someone with a smaller wrist. It’s also not big and bulky (had HR prior).

Is it waterproof..? And does it track sleep as well..?
Waterproof – no
Sleep – it seems to track mine well. (Light/deep sleep, awake periods and R.E.M. Sleep)
According to their website, it is shower proof but not swim proof.
Can you change the band

I love my Alta…. I have 2 bands… black and turquoise…. although I seem to wear the black more as it goes with everything. It’s more feminine then the other fit it’s in my opinion. Mine tracks my sleep… thought someone said no? Also holds a charge very well. I charge mine about once a week… sometimes it lasts even longer. Great price here!
I also have both bands in the same colors. I got mine from HSN when Collin posted a really great deal. I love my Alta and all it does. It even displays my text messages and who’s calling if I’m not near my phone (very convenient at work). It just displayed a text from Collin as I’m typing this comment (Lol). It alerts me if I haven’t moved in awhile, tracks my steps, miles, and calories burned. It’s pretty awesome and highly recommend it. Mine holds a great charge.

Mine was supposed to arrive by July 3rd but I contacted them today because it hasn’t even shipped. They have it on back order and don’t know when it will be fulfilled. They offered me free 1 day shipping, a $10 gift card, or to cancel the order. I don’t want to cancel. But does anyone have experience or any idea how long this could take to receive?
