I was recommended as well to try Carnation Instant Breakfast. I have stage 3 cirrhosis, liver failure, and a host of other things due to very poor choices I made in my younger years. Ensure is very nice, but I can’t afford that every month, and my neighbor showed me a coupon and Sample that he had but of course was going to use for himself LOL which is understandable, since he’s over 60 and I’m only 42. I hope there is a sample available and coupons, cuz they do seem kind of affordable, but the $2 coupon that he had would definitely make it something I would put on my regular shopping list. If anybody knows where I can get them, he said he got his in the mail so… I’m trying this.
