After you have made your selection, you will listen to a unique musical song (about a minute long) and then you’ll enter your information including your mobile number to receive a mobile coupon valid for Buy One Get One FREE Chipotle entrée item. There is a limit of one coupon per person and per unique mobile number and your mobile coupon will be valid through August 31st.

        Yeah my cousin got it too. Weird! I even went back to redo it thinking I put the number in wrong, but then it tells me only one for the same number. It says supplies last, but maybe it’s by location?

    They just had a another closed restaurant due to the norovirus. They always come back with a deal to try to stem the fall out. Not being a downer just saying to be aware that the problems have not gone away.

      That may be true, however a norovirus outbreak can and does happen anywhere! It is a HIGHLY contagious illness and spreads from contact with a soiled surface after someone with the virus touches it, or eating/drinking food prepared by someone with the virus. Norovirus spreads throughout my former hospital unit and affects staff members every year during cold and flu season. This one location out of thousands was affected, not every Chipotle location. I will gladly use the coupon. Thank you! 🙂

      An employee is sick with a contagious disease. Nothing is wrong with the food.

        If workers are not sent home when they are sick, then that is the management’s problem. There was also a terrible incident in a Dallas Chipotle with rats falling from the ceiling. Personally, I don’t eat there because I didn’t find their food flavorful or a good value.

    I am appreciative of the time and effort that Hip2Save puts into getting these great bargains to us. However, something is not right here and I will have to sit this one out. Chipotle is simply not addressing this problem adequately. They have obviously not identified the root cause to this problem and maybe trying to minimize by offering the public free food. I don’t believe that random employees are the cause of the outbreak. The problem is obviously systemic with Chipotle and they must have multiple contributing factors because there is no other line of restaurants that is having outbreaks with this frequency, at least not that I have heard of. I wonder if they pay their employees for time out sick? If not, that is definitely a factor. People have bills to pay and they shouldn’t be forced to put others at risk to do so. Also, I am sure that their facilities such as the restroom and food holding containers are not being cleaned and disinfected on a routine basis. This is a Chipotle problem and not to be blamed on random employees. Chipotle has to take a stronger stance to deal with this reoccurring problem. I will not patronize them when they have failed to keep the customers they serve safe. Norovirus can kill the elderly, babies, and those with weakened immune systems. I will not contribute to that.

      I’ve actually never been to chipotle because it is 29 miles away from me. I will try this BOGO though, not because it is just free but because the food is supposed to be fresh, and I have few places I eat out when I have to be in what I call “Big Town”, and usually it’s an all day thing because I don’t like fast food. As far as the latest outbreak, I don’t know much about it, except that it is Norovirus. That virus can be spread by a diner sitting at the table and touching everything around them such as the chair, the table top itself, taking napkins out of the holder, touching the salt and pepper shaker, or using the bathroom, etc. It doesn’t necessarily have to be an employee, although it could be. Some people just won’t stay home from work when they are sick, and some people won’t stay home when they are sick, which put all at risk when they do show up at a restaurant and spread disease. Honestly, I think someone is after this chain for some reason, our location has never had any problems so I think I am safe for now and will take the chance.

      At the register, you click on the link sent to your phone. You might want to click a little before getting to the register, as when I went yesterday, it was quite slow to load.
