So you buy the dash for $20 and get a $20 credit to use later? Do you have to get the snack and vitamin to get get the $20 credit? I already used the prime snack.

I didn’t like our snack either but my husband put it in his cereal lol my kids wouldn’t even eat them. The one I got was the trail mix with yougurt.

How do you do it? Do you scan it or say the name?
You can do either. You of course have to have the item barcode of the product you are scanning for the scan option to be used. I do voice to order add on items and not have to meet the $25 minimum. She understands like nothing but after messing around with things for a while, I found that if you add the item to your cart and then use alexa she finds what you are looking for.
Hi Kylie Jay. I tried this today with the Green Car in Pink Add-On item Collin posted. I told Alex via Wand to add it to my cart but when I went into my cart on the computer (I wanted to make sure she added the right item) and check out, it indicated that I wasn’t eligible as I did not have $25 worth of items in my cart. It will not allow me to use the primesnack or the primevitamin code on my account. It says it cannot be applied.

Make sure you add the actual items (the snack and vitamins) in your cart…and then apply.
Not sure if you did what I was doing and just putting the code without adding the items first…oops!

Same here. I’ve tried ordering multiple times with different orders. I order a lot from Amazon. But still the code doesn’t go through. And I’ve read all fine print & followed all suggestions.
Also when you register the dash wand you get 3 months of amazon fresh for free! Usually you get a 30 day free trial but with this it extends it to 90 days free.

Hi! I have the regular Alexa. Would this be a waste? Can I order add on items without the $25 on regular Alexa? If so, I don’t think I’d need the wand, right?
I could only order the sweet n spicy trail mix (not my first choice but it’s free) to get both codes to work. The wand may not have rave reviews, but again, it’s essentially free.

Btw…I bought the wand for $20.68. I picked the dried fruit and nut snack and the turmeric vitamins. The reviews say turmeric is good for inflammation. In the last year I have been in 2 accidents and my damage is 7 herniated discs and 1 bulging. Maybe this will help with the inflammation?? I am in therapy as well. We shall see! Thanks again!
