I got one and rejected because of my billing zip code. I was buying for my hubby who is living in another state for work. Bummer.

I was in the waiting room for a long time when a pass became available. I let it go to the next person in line after really thinking about the drive time to and from the nearest Olive Garden, not being able to share the pass, and my waistline! My will power is nonexistent at Olive Garden! Bon voyage to the trip winners! 🍝
I don’t get it. My husband got a notification that he got a card and even had a confirmation number but when he entered his credit card number it kept saying it was declined. We tried several times with different cards to no avail.

I got the same e-mail from them. I FINALLY got through to someone at their customer service. They said that the e-mail was sent in error. She took all of my information and had me get screen shots of my receipt. She said she would call me back and let me know what was going on!

Just checked out Olive Garden’s Twitter feed. If your payment didn’t go through, it might be worth it to email them a screenshot. Lots of people having problems at the payment screen.

My co-workers and I tried to get the Italy trip and one of us got the option to buy the pasta pass but we all decided we couldn’t eat enough to justify.. would have been cool to get the passport.. hopefully next year will have the passport again.
I scored the pasta pass. Received the error in billing information message. Was frustrated as couldn’t reach a human through any of the numbers listed. After 15 minutes, I decided that it might be a lost cause. Later, I received the message sent in error post and that I had actually scored the pass as originally thought. Guess I’ll see if it comes in the mail.
