I’m so irritated with Kohls. I ordered dishes and they arrived. Literally in a huge box, one that I can get in. They threw the three article of clothing on the bottom, no bags. Then the box of 40 dishes on top of it. The box was so big and the dish box had no support. So I came home to see a huge box filled with broken glass and covered all over the clothes too. Called kohls and after an hour all she could say is you can order another box.
Darn! So sorry to hear about that 🙁 That does sound frustrating. I wonder if customer service at your local store might be of more help?

Is it just me, or does the price on these dishes seem inflated? I’ve seen better deals on fiestaware place settings, and I feel like that’s a really good brand… the only Pfaltzgraff I’ve ever owned I picked up from a discount store (Big Lots) for $20 for a 16 piece set (they did last a long time, though).
