   Be careful, these are the cheap battery powered ones, not the real Lionel trains where you have a transformer and the track is powered.

   I have the polar express one to go around my tree and I love it. I am only using it for the holidays and not a train hobby enthusiasts so I am more than appreciative of the details and power this has.

   I have to agree with the person who said these are cheap. I found ours at a discount store for a great price and was so excited to get it. It broke the first year, one of the cars wouldn’t roll. My husband, who is great at fixing things, could not fix it. I am so thankful I didn’t pay more than I did.
