I’m assuming they’re not leather, but if anyone knows could they let me know? Thank you

Cute! But my cat would think those pom-poms were a gift solely for him. I’d give them a 15 minute lifespan, Tops!!😂😂😂

I have last years version of the pom pom boots. I wear them as slippers/house shoes. Cute and cheap…would never pay more than $15 for them max.

Don’t forget to use Ebates …they offer 10% back at JCP.

I purchased three pairs of boots during their buy one at regular price get two free. The boots were listed as $79.00 My boots arrived today. All three pairs of boots had a bar code price sticker on the boxes that said $19.50. So I paid $79.00 for boots worth 19.50 each. That comes to $26.33 per pair. Customer service had no explanation other then ” that should not have been on the shoe box”. Buyer beware. The boot name and item number on the price sticker matched the boots and what I ordered. I won’t be shopping at JC Penney ever again.

I had to pay $10 more because I have thin calves!
The riding boots I liked were only on sale in wide calf. Speaking to a representative she said nothing would change unless other people address the problem so if you feel so inclined let JCPenney know. I can’t help that I have skinny calves! LOL
