The other day I had a 40% off coupon and I placed an order to pick up in store and they cancelled it saying everything was out of stock 😫 granted, it was only 2 items but it still sucked.. considering that coupon was only good one day. They did send me a $5 “apology” coupon.
This happened to me as well so I live chatted with Kohl’s customer service and they honored me the 40% and my Kohl’s cash if I placed the order to ship.

This has happened to me every single time I have have tried in store pick up with kohl’s for 2 years, including last week with these pillows. I eventually got one color to work though. Such a pain bc their shipping is outrageous in my opinion
Yeah, I gave up on doing in-store pick-up for clearance or on-sale baby clothes. Online says it’s in stock but then they send me a message an hour later saying they don’t have it. I think what really happens is that their baby clothes section is such a mess that it’s easier for the worker to just say they can’t find it than to pick apart every stand.

I bought these last week from your post and was very happy with the quality! Back side is very soft and all the sequins were in great shape, sometimes with these you have some messed up. Mine were perfect!

I pushed all of the sequins one way and ironed on their names that I cut out on my cricut. So now when you comb, push the sequins their names appear it’s pretty cool.

Got mine yesterday and they were shipped in a shipping bag. They ended up having a lot of bent sequins that wouldn’t lay down right and felt sharp to the touch. I think they got beat up in shipping. Anyhoo If you can , go get these in the store so you can see them first. I’m exchanging mine.
