We are definitely a “Dip and chips” kind of family! My hubby can’t live without his chips and salsa! If your having a New Years party this recipe below may be a hit!

Velveeta Dip
1 lb. (16 oz.) Velveeta Cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 can (10 oz.) Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained (like Rotel)
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked, drained

Mix all ingredients in a microwaveable bowl.
Microwave on high 5 minutes or until Velveeta is melted, stir once while its cooking! Garnish with green onions (optional).

Serve with yummy restaurant style tortilla chips!

Its a really simple recipe but it doesn’t skimp on taste!
