I’m sorry you’ve been having such problems. Mine went through fine this morning. The promotional code is just by going through my link above that I provided. I would just try again now and see if it works.
Just got my coffee today. I’m looking forward to trying it. Also if you get a friend to sign up you get another free gift! Not sure if you can stop shipments and still get the gift for referring someone.
