So I wonder why they say sign up at noon?
If you look at the URL, it’s actually the same for all of the giveaways. Although you can technically submit an entry early, I don’t think it counts for the current day’s giveaway until noon EST. For example, if you submitted an entry before noon today, I think it looks at it like you’re trying to win the Avon from yesterday. (These are just my assumptions, though.)
