My husband just went to our walgreens and the raisers were not on sale
Not on clearance at either Walgreens I went to.
BUT there was lots of Dove hair care products marked down to $2 so I used 1.50 coupons for the conditioner and $1 coupons for the rest. And it printed out the $6 catalina!! Woohoo!
It was only 2.69 at my store! but they only had one but still, I got the 6 degree/dove combo, and the raZor, and paid .57 OOP!! I might be getting the hang of this-thanks to your blog! I love it! you have the BEST deals blog I have seen!
Shelly-they may not have had the prices posted yet (wags is SO BAD about that) I made them price check EVERY different fusion power razor!
So do you just take them up there and scan all of them in to find which one it is?
I just called my store. An employee checked on the price. I wasn’t getting out if they were clearanced or out of them. I guess she asked the store manager & he told her that our district manager had told them that those razors are not to be clearanced.
So, don’t hold your breathe. If you are in my district, I guess the other stores in it won’t be clearancing them either. That’s okay though…a relative is drive to another town in search of them for me. I hope she can find them.
These were on clearance at my Walgreens earlier this week for $2.69! I used the $2 Easysaver coupon for all of them, and all of the $2 P&G coupons I had to buy 11 of them! I would have bought more, but the nice checker at the cosmetics counter saw what a great deal I was getting and asked me to save her some. She bought the rest. 🙂

These aren’t on sale at my Walgreens in Columbus Oh.
Sold out in 7 stores I checked out here in South Florida (there is a Walgreens on every corner!!!) but nothing left! The Schick and Soleil were in about 1/2 of them for all different prices (from $1.79 to $3.79). Edge (the orange one) is on sale for (.60-.90 cents)(depending on your store) but no RR.
It really annoys me that every Walgreens is different!

Shelly-sorry you went back for nothing…I am having that same issue at a different store-sent my husband to a store near his office and they are ringing up almost 8.00! which is still less than the original price but the funny thing is the cashier is calling the store I went to earlier to check (my husband is a silver tongued devil-theres no WAY they would do that for me or any of my couponing buddies LOL!)
I have never shopped at Walgreens before..and from the comments I’ve read here and there its both good and bad experiences! lol
Can someone explain the whole Walgreen process? Do you need to get a card like at Safeway? The RR print with your receipt? etc etc.
I was googling Walgreen Register Rewards and one website said in regards to rebate items..if you send in your rebate form..and receipt..and request your rebate be loaded on a Walgreen gift card and sent to you that they will add an additional 10%? Is this true for some or all of you?

dang! we never get the good clearance deals! I checked about 6 different WAGS, no razor or cartridges on clearance 🙁
I went to 3 walgreens today and finally found one. There are two different kinds of the gillette fusion phantom power razors..the one that was all black was the clearanced one.

Easy Saver is infront of the store for you to take.. along with their weekly ad.
Sorry guys! I should have mentioned when I posted this deal that they may or may not be on clearance at your store. Prices tend to vary a lot by location.

The EasySaver Gillette $2 coupon is found in the EasySaver booklet by the weekly ad in the front of the store.
The razor was $7.49 (clearance) at my store. I too never get the good clearance deals!!

Oh! I forgot to tell you…I printed out one of the $1 Hershey’s Bliss coupons from https://coupons.smartsource.com//index.aspx?Link=5S2ZUA6PWPEPO
and I used them on the clearance Easter candy at Walgreens and then also used my coupon $1.50 off of three and ended up only paying 1.36 per bag. They were all out of Kisses, so this was the next best thing. They are on clearance for $2 per bag. If you had access to a couple of different computers, you could probably get 4 coupons and only pay $1 per bag! Then get your $5 rebate!
At my store (in S. Carolina), they were not clearanced to $3.19 but to $7.89. Asked the very kind cashier to scan all varities of them and none were clearanced as low as $3.19. Still a pretty good deal to that I got it for $3.89 with a few different coupons!
Just got back from a store in MN and the Fusion Razor “system” was marked down to $2.69…it came with a trial size Gillette body wash AND shaving cream! (got the last one…phew!) I had a $2MF coupon and used the WG coupon….so they “paid me” to take it. Thanks for the tip!!! 🙂 That was just the cherry on top of unbelievable deals that I got tonight. 24 items for 11 dollars OOP. Gotta love it.

Went to WAGS here in Miami, and it was not on clearance. I got the cashier to check, and she thought I was crazy when I told her what price they might be on clearance for. Oh well. Thanks for the info though Hip2Save.
I got one tonight… was talking to one of my fav cashiers and told her I needed to go check if something was clearanced… it was but none on the shelf 🙁 I came back and said oh well… she asked what I was looking for … I told her… “i have one behind the counter I haven’t put back yet” $3.19 – the MQ $2 – the easysaver Q $2. I had to buy something so I got some more foil 🙂

My Wags had nothing…zilch. No clearance on the razors…I scanned all of them and they were all like $11.99!! Anything with a clearance sign was pretty much gone.
SO I bought the chapstick and shaving cream separately, so not I have $5 to play with. I usually give myself about $5 a week OOP to play with, so not to bad. I know I can get some good deals now!!
BTW I am in New York and there are hardly any Wags in my area, so I wasn’t able to get to another one to check the clearance items.
The newest Walgreens in my area has been open for a few weeks-this week was the first time items were marked down. I went to all three Walgreens here and each one had different types and brands of razors marked down. I don’t was them, but a freebie will do anyday. I usually visit early in the morning on a regular basis to see whats marked down since it is done on a random basis here.
I live in New Orleans and these razors were marked down to $2.89. I went in to purchase these for a donation to my daughter’s school drive. I picked up the BOGO hefty food storage bags, and the $2Qs for 3 coupled with the EasySaver Qs,I paid $.29 for everything! I check your site 2x daily. Blessings to you!
At my area in Chicago North they are priced at $6.99
I’m in SE corner of WI, some of the stores did not have them on clearance and the ones that did have them marked down, were sold out. I went to 6 different stores, different days this week.
No clearance at my store, they were still $10.99 🙁
