My husband just came back from the “foot docter” with the assignment to get different shoes with more room so this seemed like just the thing. I called the 1-800 number and they will give you free shipping for returns so I got him a few pairs to try on. Hopefully they will work. Thanks for the info I would not have looked at their website if you had not posted the link.
Unfortunately, I’ve had a horrible experience with their customer service. I ordered several pair of children’s shoes from them last month and only received one pair. It took three phone calls (I was on hold for an incredible 35 minutes when I finally got to a rep!) for them to tell me that the other shoes I had ordered were out of stock and would never be shipped. Without calling to find out, I never would have been notified, which I think is very poor customer service. Though the sales prices can be fantastic, I will never buy from crocs.com again because the customer service experience is so poor.

I had the same thing happen. Ordered three pairs for my kids, only two arrived. I was never notified that they were out of stock either. I thought that was strange.
I buy TONS of crocs and I have never had anything but wonderful customer service and easy returns. Sorry to hear some of you had a bad experience, maybe they are getting better 🙂
