I was super excited when I found out about the new Walgreens coloring book in-store coupons available! Well, right before I went on vacation I found out about an additional Walgreens coupon booklet. It’s called the Back-2 School Coupon book and has over $50 worth of savings inside! Yay!

Next time you stop in Walgreens make sure to look for this coupon booklet in the front of the store, next to the weekly ad. These coupons are valid through 8/29/09. Plus, I’ve heard rumors that this coupon booklet is a way of Walgreens replacing their EasySaver booklet–which possibly means once these coupons expire, another coupon booklet will become available!

Remember that these are Walgreens in-store coupons, so they can be paired with manufacturer coupons for even more savings. Also, when you purchase a few “like” items, you ONLY need to use one Walgreens store coupon. It will still deduct the correct amount off each item. For example if you were purchasing 3 boxes of Chips Ahoy, you’d only need to hand the cashier 1 $1 coupon and $3 would still automatically be taken off.

woo-hoo!(I meant to add that the first time) that combined with sale and $.50/1 off(from next week’s inserts) or homemailers….I forsee free wipes!

I agree with the woo hoo, Brittany! They aren’t free-but close! The wipes are 2.79-2.99 each. SUCH a good deal. I already got 9 packs.. waiting to get more coupons today and tomorrow! I have twins on the way-so this find is FANTASTIC! The best part is you can use just one of these coupons for the entire transaction, so you dont have to clip a bunch!

hey. my coupon book says 2 bucks, but right above the actual scanner is says $1 off wipes, but $2 on the back, anyone else???

These are in front of our store and all over the parking lot in carts. They won’t let us use most of these with manufacturer coupons as most say they are manufacturer coupons on the back 🙁

My walgreens people didn’t know anything about this book and I couldn’t find it in the store. Any ideas?

These were by the regular weekly ads in my Walgreens. They do say that they are Manufacturer’s coupons only good at Walgreens. The UPC code starts with a 0. These are Walgreens coupons. Have them ring your $.50 manufacturer’s coupons first and then their coupon. It will ring fine then. I’ve already bought 7 boxes and my daughter several in her town.

I found the coupon booklet at my store right in front under the weekly ad. Anon, mine showed $2 off on the front and the $1 off on the back and the cashier said the back was a misprint. I bought one tub of wipes at 2.79 and got the 2 bucks off no problem! .79 cents is not bad for Huggies wipes! I’m gonna find some MC to go along with this and pick up a couple more tubs!

I always get my wipes at costco so I did a quick check before I ran to walgreens…I pay $2.00 for a package of 88 count wipes. I never really thought about it before, so .79 sounds awesome to me! Free is of course even better! I’ll let you know how my trip goes!
