Yes, I found the Tag on clearance yesterday at my Target. Our Target had already “Reset” their toy section and told me they were sorry that the clearance toys were gone, but I checked anyway. When I walked down the toy aisle where the regular priced Leapfrog items were, there it was. On the shelf next to the new Leapfrog Tag there was one left with a little red clearance tag. Apparently, they changed the box for the newer model, so look for the boy that is in your picture. And, yes… the $10 coupon worked!
I got one for $2.48 last night in MI. So excited! Have to print another coupon so I can go back today and get the last one they had! What a great gift for 2 bucks!!!

Yay!!! I scored 8 of them for $2.48 each. I left two at the SW Austin, TX store for some other lucky person to find.
Yes, they had several of these left @ the Wentzville Missouri store. I just wanted to point out to people that with this product you have to download software from the companies website. I recommend doing this before you purchase the product as I was unable to get their software to download on my computer. I have a new updated computer that exceeded their requirements, I turned off my fire walls, and nothing worked. Leapfrogs customer service was awful and after 5 phone calls and several emails with them I told them to forget about it. Even though I got a great deal I had to return mine.

SS stands for Smart Source. That’s the name of one of the Sunday newspaper coupon inserts (the other is Red Plum). So you would look for the razor coupon in the Smart Source coupons from August 30.
If you didn’t get the paper and you really want the coupon you might be able to buy it from a coupon clipping service or find it on eBay.

I bought 2 in Richmond, VA at lunch time yesterday, leaving 2 for someone else. I went back yesterday evening and they were still on the shelf, so I got those too. So excited that I got 4 very nice gifts for only a little over $12!!!

Yes!!! I found 3 left at a Target in Denver for $12.49. I bought one last weekend for $9.95 with coupons does anyone know if I can take that one back with my other receipt and have them price match it?
And it was the same as above for me, when I bought the one last weekend it was on the clearance isle but today they were mixed in with the original priced Tags. I don’t know if someone was trying to hide it or what. If so, sorry!

evan, which target did you go to? i went to the one on 75th and thomas, but there weren’t any on clearance. i just happened to be in the area.
RP is for Red Plum and SS is for Smart Source. They are inserts that you will find in your Sunday paper. Hip talks about them in her link about coupon “talk”.

i got the new tag for $2.48!….it was the new one, the one that hold 10 books and comes with the Cat in the Hat…it had a orange clearence sticker for 34.98, i price scanned it and it came up $12.48…i checked the box and it had never been open…looked like all the other new tags had barcode stickers over their orignal stickers…and this one didn’t…so i bought it..the cashier examined my coupon for a bit…and then fianlly scanned it..
i returned the other one i bought for $14.98, because it was the one that only holds 5 books and i really don’t need 2 of them…so if you are go to the SuperTarget in Lantana, Fl, there should be one back there!
I just found at my Kmart LeapFrog Sing Along Read Along on clearance for $12 plus all clearance is 20% off making it $9.60 so I used my $5 off LeapFrog coupon that got printed when I bought the clearanced Leap Frog tag books and got this system for $5.03 with tax!

I just got back from my second trip to Target today. I was able to score the Tag system for $2.48! Last one hiding in with the others just how many of you found yours.
I also got my free Chef Michael’s dog food (they even gave me the overage) and the Glade candle in the tin with refills for only $0.16! I also came across the Combos snacks with peelies so combined with the $1 Target coupon they were $0.29. I bought the Kelloggs deal as well Special K crackers, and Special K bars and
got the $5 gift card for purchasing four. I left the store with an extra $0.43.
I did purchase a couple things for my son’s dorm room that I didn’t add in to my personal stuff. Not a bad day!
Still $49.99 at my target (WDM, IA) 🙁

I found one apart from the other Leap Frog Systems near the Leap frog toys. It didn’t have a discounted price tag but I scanned it and it was $12.48. I am SO excited to get this for $2.48. I’m so disappointed. I’ve been to my Target (in Denver) twice now, and the Tag is still marked at 49.99. I checked all of the boxes, no luck. I even scanned them to see if they would ring up at a lower price, no luck. 🙁
Want to know where the Tags are? Check out eBay. I was looking for a couple books that I can’t find in stores, and surprise, surprise! EBayers are selling an inordinate number of the older systems, as well as the books that were mentioned as being on clearance at Kmart.
I got six of the Schick Intuition sets on clearance at the Washington, Missouri store about a week ago. I was there a few days later with more coupons but the rest were already all gone.
I wish I could get this on sale but all of the Target stores near me have all of the new Tag systems on the shelves. DARN!
Went to 4 Targets today and they are all gone glad I got one when marked at $24.98 but thought about picking up more for x-mas presents oh well
