can somebody help me with the secret santa card. a gift certificate was purchased for my sister in law and we were given a rewards card but how would she be able to use it if it expires before christmas?? and am i able to find out how much is on it before i purchase something??
You can check how much it is by putting something in your VS cart and entering the card # on the billing page. It will show you the card amount. Then click “remove” next to the card to take it back out of the cart.

PINKTOTE is dead. VS says they received an overwhelming response to the promotion and are no longer accepting the code 🙁
I sent them an email saying that I had my whole order in my ‘cart’ but had not yet cashed out because I didn’t feel the purchase was worth making without the free tote. I asked if they would add a tote or equivalent product to my order.
…We’ll see if that yields anything…I kinda doubt it.
I’m annoyed with VS and VS Pink lately.
Every promotional ‘extra’ they offer (especially the in-store ones, like the free tank, $5 t-shirt, panty with purchase, etc..) seems to run out really quickly!

I was in VS today and the lady totally made me feel like I was trying to rip them off. I had gotten and card in the mail for $10 off your purchase. It did not state it had to be $10 or more. When my purchase rang up $9.76 she told me I had to buy $10. I read it again,it did not say that and I nicely asked her to show me. She looked and started reading out loud, but sure enough, it did not say that. She looked up at me and said it had to be $10! I threw in a $3 pocket bac. I came home and emailed corporate. I really try to follow instructions completely and felt I had.
They are ‘giving’ that pink tote in stores today if you buy over $60.
tried ordering over the phone. couldn’t use the 15% of code on the pj’s ’cause they were ‘on sale’. no more totes. 🙁 super bummed!
Lori, that’s how I felt this weekend! I was overly nice and patient, but it didn’t matter. With their prices, I expect a certain level of service. They were rude from the get go and it was only made worse by my trying to use a coupon.
I always expect to get bad attitude from the workers at Victoria’s Secret ::sigh:: They like to make you feel like you’re ruining their day when… actually… your money finances their paychecks! I would be so happy if VS paid their employees more & groomed them more to produce a fleet of workers who are actually professional and stay at the company for more than a couple of months.

I got the same response when I tried the PINKTOTE code…so I called customer service and they said they had 58 Pink totes still available…the rep added a handwritten note to my order, she said the tote might get shipped separately, but I should definitely get one!
This was at about 5:15pm (NY time)
So…maybe there are still a few left??

Just got off the phone with a customer servic rep and they are giving me a black tote (instead of pink) and the cream is not available. (They had 56 black ones left)! If did take awhile since the rep needed to talk to her supervisor.

Okay, Collin,(I am assuming your name since I see so many refer to that name) you have the perfect touch when it comes to advertisement. I feel so drawn in with excitement when I read your posts on this or other items. Don’t need it, shouldn’t spend the money on it, but because of how you say it, it makes me think that I cannot live without it. Cracks me up, you should get an award from these companies for how well you can market stuff for them without trying.
Who knows, you could probably even get me to buy a snuggie if you worded it like it was a deal! 😉
FYI-I just called customer service and basically if you didn’t get the free lotion, they will add a tote to your order. If you did get the lotion you can send it back and then they will send you a tote. Way nicer response than I got via email!
