almost all pharmacies offer a gift card for transfered prescriptions…. i would just pick a pharmacy close to you and call them to find out
Mine is added to the cart..but when I try and go to my cart for checkout…it keeps loading and loading. The loading bar (on both my tabs) are at 100%, but nothing happens..white screen.
I’ve left it up now for 30 minutes while I throw together homemade vegetable beef soup..and it seems it just does not want to go through. I’m sure by now they have reached their limit anyways. Maybe next time 🙁

RIDICULOUS!!! Forget it! I’ve been trying for like 3 hours, got to shopping cart waited and waited then it says “no items in cart.”

So yeah I’ve been waiting forever and got it added to my cart. Then I was registering then it went to a different screen to tell me my cart was empty…it wasnt empty the screen before! uugghhh!!!
I had it in my cart and then on the next screen my cart was empty. It won’t let me go back or access the item again. Did anyone get this to work?

I got the Ecco Bella lotions and love them. They came in sometime last week. My husband even commented on how good the lotion smells!!

I did get my Ecco Bella lotions though. I really like them and the mascara I ordered to get them is great, I like it more than the lotions.
i tried to let this load for an hour and then it went to error page. Now my computer is running very slow and internet barely works…i hope it wasnt a virus or anything!

After almost 4 hours I finally got to the confirmation page and received an order #. I also received an e-mail confirmation. It only asked for name, address, phone and I think birthdate. Nothing else. It stated that “no payment info is required as your order is 0 “. It showed the lip pallet as 0 and shipping as 0. I just kept walking away from the computer and coming back until the screen was done loading. We’ll see if my order gets cancelled later. And as far as Natalie’s comment, all of a sudden this site is extremely slow but other sites I have visited are fine so far.

Wow if this is TIGI’s marketing strategy……..they need to rethink it! I will stick to my Bed Head products, and will never return to their site again
I, like others, got to the last page of ordering (took a couple of hours) and then got an error page (ugh!) and when I went back to the site, the cart was empty!! BUT, I looked in my profile (took another 20 minutes to load that… lol) and the order was there and it had been placed. So those of you who had this happen to you, too, you might still get it in the mail! HTH!
WOW if anything, from this experience I have learned that I am one patient woman!! Took me 6.5 hours for each page to load and for it to finally go through!! I even got a confirmation e-mail..!! Hope it doesn’t get canceled and I actually get the lip gloss in the mail!!!! Thanks Collin for your note to be patient.. without it I probably would have given up! lol
I sat here for over an hour loading each page and when I went to place my order I got an “URL does not exist” message…all that work for nothing! Shame on TIGI!

It finally worked.
I was so upset because I had been loading the page for about half and hour when somehow the computer got unpluged! URG!!!! Oh well, I didn’t really need it anyway……..
I couldn’t get mine to work. I have literally been trying to get it to work as soon as I saw the offer pop up. It did take forever for each page to load. Then I got the dreaded error page. SO, I started it all over again but this time as soon as I said I was done & wanted to check out (again it took forever) but it said my cart was empty! So I’m confused now but I’ll hold out hope & if I get it then it will be a wonderful surprise & if I don’t I’m sure I’ll forget! LOL!!
It took me all evening but I did place an order. I got the “error” message too and something about this was not applicable to URL. I did go back and check on my order. My order was placed and I printed a receipt for the lip gloss. We will see if it really went through and if it comes! 🙂
