   I noticed after I submitted the form it said “samples requested” and it was blank.

   I am not sure how to get this free sample.. it directs me to a page to inquire about the company.

   I went on the website this morning after Collin posted and it had a 3rd drop down box for sample request and I selected both. Hmmm maybe they are out of them now, since the 3rd drop down box is missing from the form.
