Walgreens: Possible *HOT* BOGO Deal + L'Oreal Clearance + Planters Update!

Alright, so I was just reading through the comments on my previous Walgreens post and it seems that quite a few readers from all different states are reporting that the the Aveeno, Clean & Clear, Lubriderm and Roc products are in fact ringing in buy one get one FREE–not buy one get one 50% off. Please be aware that this appears to be working at select stores and not all stores, so you’ll want to price check 2 items together and see if that’s the case.

If your store is ringing in buy one get one FREE, you can do the deal I posted yesterday (+ add on a few more items) to really come out ahead:

Walgreens Deal Scenario:
Purchase 4 Lubriderm Daily Moisture Body Lotion 6 oz. for $3.79 each
(2 lotions will ring up FREE)
Purchase 2 Clean & Clear Blackhead Clearing Scrubs $5.29 each (1 will ring up FREE)
Purchase 1 Aveeno Active Naturals Nourish and Revitalize Shampoo 10.5 oz. for $7.49 each
Purchase 1 Aveeno Active Naturals Nourish and Revitalize Conditioner 10.5 oz.–products will ring up FREE
Purchase 2 RoC Multi-Correxion Exfoliating Cleanser $9.99 (one will ring up FREE)

Total=$30.35

Use 4 $2/1 Lubriderm coupons from the 1/10 SS or found here
Use the $1/1 Lubriderm coupon from the Diabetes and You Booklet (will deduct $4–for purchasing 4)
Use 2 $2/1 Clean & Clear coupons from here: IE or Firefox
Use 2 $2.50/1 Aveeno Nourish coupon from the 1/10 SS or found here
Use 2 $3/1 Roc coupons from here or from the 1/10SS

Pay just $3.35

AND then submit for the Johnson & Johnson $10 rebate!

Final cost— 10 normally costly items for FREE + an almost $7 Moneymaker!
**************************************

Also, a Clearance find I want to mention is on L’Oreal Cosmetics and L’Oreal Hair Color products! Lots of these are products are on clearance for just $2-$3! Plus, you can use the various high value L’Oreal coupons to score lots of inexpensive and even FREE products! Check out Clippin’ With Carie’s post to see how she scored almost $150 worth of products for less than $3! Wow!

…AND finally, I just want to apologize about the Planter’s Trail Mix deal. From looking at the ad I thought there was a Register Reward on these, but the ad was actually referring to the $1/2 coupon from the January Coupon Booklet. Your final cost will be $1, not $0.50, but still a good deal!

For the BOGO items, I thought you wouldn’t actually know the total until you checked out. Don’t they have to hit subtotal or something before it takes off the free item? If so, you might want to be prepared to actually pay the B1G150, and look at the other scenario as a bonus if it happens.

    • Sarah

This is what happened to me. I was prepared for BOGO50% but when she subtotaled it took a bunch of them off so I had to add more items! The free ones don’t come off till the end.

  2. Sue

I thought at Walgreens, on the BOGO items the first one rings up at $3.79 and the second will ring as $0.00 – not subtracted after the subtotal like other stores. So how would you send in a rebate when the receipt shows the item as $0.00? Has anyone tried this yet to see if that’s how it rings? Just thinkin..

    • collin

      Hi Sue,

I understand what you’re saying, but in my deal scenario above the total is $30 (not counting the FREE products), so it doesn’t matter that the free products are ringing up at $0 since the products that are not free total more than $30. Does that make sense?

    • Lindsay

Sue…usually on the BOGO it rings up the first one price and the second one as zero, just like you said. On these it actually rang both up as full price and then later on the reciept subtracted the full price. My receipt shows the items at full price, then the coupons, and last the subtracted full price for the BOGO, so I think they should be fine to submit.

  3. charla

I just did this deal and mine did ring up BOGO. On the receipt, they are all listed with their regular prices. Then, at the very bottom, it took off for the BOGO. It does say “Aveeno Cond 7.49 free”. So, I’m not sure if that would affect the rebate total for reaching your $30. I just bought extra stuff so I still had $30 after the BOGO came off. But then with all my coupons it ended up being just slightly over $10 OOP.

  4. liz

Mine rang up BOGO 50% off 🙁

  5. Christine

I found another good clearance the other day…the mint Agent Blue Smart Rinse was on clearance for $2.99. I had a $1/1 manufacturer coupon plus there was a Walgreens $1/1 coupon from a booklet i scored months back (i think it was from the kids coloring book).

  6. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Off subject, but could someone please help me out with the January Coupon Booklet? There are several posts on here which talk about using coupons from this book as store coupons and stacking them with manufacturer coupons. But every coupon I have in my booklet says it’s a manufacturer coupon, Is Walgreens accepting them as store coupons anyway? Am I looking at the right booklet (it’s the one that says Start Here for a New You)? Or is it just my area where they are all manufacturer coupons instead of store coupons?

    • Rachel

Marissa, that’s what I thought last month when I got the Dec book to try. But it’s really a store coupon that says MFR. Just make sure you hand it over LAST after the newspaper/internet coupon or the register won’t take it. Some cashiers want all the coupons at once and don’t know it matters.. so I always put my coupons under my wallet in my hand and hand them to her as soon as she’s done scanning like I forgot I had them there.. hahah..

      • Rachel

I meant I hand over the Wags store mfr coupons last after I hand her the reg coupons.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

The key to telling if a Q is a mfr. or a store Q is in the UPC code, and in the disclaimer wording. If the UPC looks normal,(i.e. matches the UPC of the product) and the wording says “Retailer:…” it is a MQ. If the UPC is a bunch of zeros to start, and the wording says something store-specific (such as, must present shopper card) it is a store Q. Nevertheless, the coupon Nazis will challenge you, so YMMV.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

They had the same Agent Blue Rince on clearance at Albertsons for 2.39. There is a $1/1 coupon and you can double it this week to make it .39.

      Nice to know your options!

  7. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Has anyone found a really good deal on the naked juices for the rebate?

  8. Debby

Totally newbie here….how do you print more than 1 coupon for items? How do you print the 4 Lubriderm coupons, do I have to have 4 different computers? I printed one and it says I reached my print limit. I”d love to do this scenario, but I can’t figure out how you guys are printing so many of the coupons! Help please!

    • BD

Hi Debby! Normally on most coupons you can hit your back button a couple of times and it will print another one. So that would give you 2, but to get the other 2, yes, you are right you would need an additional computer. Lucky for me my husband and I both have laptops so I can always print 4. But sometimes on certain coupons you can only print 1. I am not sure about the Lubriderm though as I have not tried it yet. Hope this helps!

    • Kimberly Harris

I had that problem too so I took my 2 coupons a scanned them. It gave me my four I needed and they worked fine. Hope this helps. Kim

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Kim, I don’t think you’re suppose to scan or copy internet coupon. I think that is coupon fraud. t

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

That is coupon fraud. The numbers on the coupons are all unique and scan properly and don’t beep. If you copy it, the store will not get reimbursed for it when they submit their coupons. I was at a Walgreens at lunch near my work. The manager had to take all my internet coupons and call to check the numbers. Took about 10 minutes. I didn’t mind as all mine were fine, but he came back and explained that he lost over $50 in copied coupons the week prior, so they are very cautious in accepting them. If more people copy coupons, the stores may decide not to accept any at all.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Not a good idea. This is why people hate couponers!! Don’t scan your coupons. There is a reason you can only print 2 per computer. Shame on you.

    • Amber

Debby, I had the Lubriderm coupons in my paper. I have 4 papers delivered to my house for a discount rate of $.75 each. This way when we need multiples I have them.

      • Carrie

My Food Lion will not accept internet coupons because of fraud issues. It is really sad that a few dishonest people ruin it for the rest of us. Please don’t copy your coupons!

      • Amanda

how do you get the papers at a discount? Do they discount you for subscribing for more than one?

  9. dawn

Where (states) are they coming up buy one get one free? In Portland, OR they’re coming up 50%. Just curious.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Mine was BOGO free in Beaverton, OR

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You can use the same printer, right?? You just have to have different computers. My friend and I are in debate over this. Thank you!

      Anne

      • Alisha

yes, you can use the same printer. I have a laptop and a desktop computer that I hook up to the same printer to print multiple coupons from.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Kim, I don’t think you’re suppose to copy or scan coupons.

      • robyn

why are people saying “i don’t think your supposed to be scanning and copying coupons”? of course your NOT supposed to. it says it right on the freaking coupon!!! that kind of stuff makes me irritated.

  10. Heidi

Has anyone in Wisconsin tried this? If so- was it BOGO or 50%?? Thanks!

  11. Nancy

It was B1G50% off in Wisconsin at 6 p.m.

  12. Tammy

Has anyone in Southern Indiana around Evansville tried it? Is it ring up BOGO here?

  13. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thought I would share this. At my WAGS they had a bunch of the Revlon makeup marked down as low at $2.19. I picked up two eyeliners thinking I would pay $.38 for both after (Which is still an amazing deal!) 2- $2 coupons and after looking at my receipt I realized at the end it took off another $1.10 for the B1G50%. So for buying the two eyeliners I made $.72! I def will be going back tomorrow for more!!!

    • Kimberly Harris

My store has the revlon marked down too but I don’t have any coupons:( Where did you get your revlon coupons?

      • Lisa

Target has Revlon coupons on their site, but I don’t remember what they are for. It’s a manufacturer’s coupon with a Target logo on it, not a Target WEB coupon (aka Target STORE coupon). HTH!

  14. Kara Bork

Our walgreens is not ringing up that way. All those products rang up BOG1 50% off. This is a Northwest Ohio store.

    • Betsy

Where are you located Kara? We didn’t get coupons in Cleveland…

  15. Debby

Thanks BD! I think that since a lot of these are in the papers, I am going to start getting a few different copies of the Sun. coupon papers.

    • BD

That is a good idea. I prefer to clip my coupons from the Sunday paper too because they are much cheaper than ink for my Dell printer!!

      • robyn

BD, i had a Dell too and i always refilled my ink at walgreens. MUCH cheaper than buying it at staples. might want to check it out.

  16. fuzzymitten

I was only able to print one of the Lubiderm coupons. I did get the Lubiderm coupon and the Aveeno ones in the paper, though.

  17. Bethany Rohdy

I got B1Go Free in Portland, OR at Wags on N Lombard, beware they hate couponers.

    • Rzatki

Thanks for the tip. Depends on the cashier. I found one in the Cosmetics Dept. that was great and the N. Lombard store is huge compared to mine on NE 33rd.

  18. Loree

I’m headed to Walgreens tomorrow for my second try at scoring some great deals. Last week I encountered 2 grouchy cashiers and left feeling discouraged, hopefully this time it will be better! A quick question about handing over coupons….do you hand yours over after each item or do you just make a stack of manuf. coupons to hand over first, and then a stack of store coupons? Thanks!

    • Britt

I hand them all over after everything has been rung up. Depending on the cashier, I like to hand over all the manufacturer coupons then the store coupons. But sometimes they make me hand over store coups first. Oh and I hand over the RR’s last if they let me too. Sometimes they want those first even before store coups.

  19. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    they were b1g1 50% here in zanesville,ohio.

  20. Jaclyn

LOREE- I have learned ( w/ help from a VERY friendly cosmetic cashier at Walgreens) to scan any Register Reward Coupons first, then manufacturer coupons second & any Walgreens coupons ( “in ad” or from a booklet) LAST. Make sure you number of coupomns are not greater than items. Apparently the “in ad” coupons do not count towards your total coupons, which I just learned. Good luck! Tip- the cosmetic counter is a little slower pace so you can have them ring your coupons up without feeling rushed & make sure all the proper rewards print without a huge line forming behing you. It also allows you to do more than 1 transaction to keep you out of pocket down with out the rush or line too. 😉

  21. Amy

If you live near a Publix, the new Healthy Wallet, Happy You coupon booklets have a manuf coupon for $1 off Planters Trail mix with no store logo.

I did the deal at 2 stores… gave manuf coupons first and then the store coupon and there were no beeps and I just paid tax

  22. Lyn

Can I submit multiple receipts for the $10 Rebate?

  23. Tina S.

Hey scored an awesome deal today!! I used 1 free Windex coupon and 1 free Scrubbing Bubbles coupon that I received for complimenting their product. I used it on the B1G1 sale at Walgreens and scored all four products for FREE!!! So yes it pays to take the time and compliment companies of products you like!!

    • BD

What did you do? Just e-mail them about how much you like their products and ask for a coupon or what? I was wondering what to do to get FREE coupons!! LOL!

      • Alisha

Actually couponingtodisney.com has a post called 5 a days that links you to different companies to give them feedback on their products. I have emailed Huggies and Duracell complimenting them on Pull ups and batteries. They sent me coupons for $6 and $2 off Huggies product and (2) $3 duracell battery coupons. It really pays to give your feedback. I would highly reccomend checking it out 🙂

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I also e-mailed Huggies complaining about their diapers and they sent me 4 $5 off coupons good towards any Kimberly-Clark products. Not too bad for complaining. lol

  24. Julie Ray

I tried to use the coupon for the Lubriderm from the Diabetes Book and it didn’t go though. I gave it to them last and it didn’t work, I gave them the coupon first and it didn’t work. Beeped here and there and never went through. I have no idea why. Did anyone else try using the $1/1 Lubriderm Coupon from the Diabetes and You book?

    • Amy

It didn’t work for me either and the manager had to override the price by $1 but at least they gave it to me.

    • Rachel

Did you have something to “sop up” the overage from the store coupon? It’s been my experience that the register won’t take overage from a MFR coupon.

      b1g1
      Lubriderm $3.79
      Lubriderm 0.00
      =3.79
      $2 + $2= 4 MFR *danger will robinson*
      1 + 1 = 2 Store

      b1g50
      Lubriderm 3.79
      Lubriderm 1.90
      =5.69
      $2 + $2= 4 MFR with 1.59 left
      1 + 1 = 2 Store = 41c overage

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I used the Lubriderm one awhile back and it worked fine but when I tried to use the theraflu one from that booklet last week, it wouldn’t go through at all either. The nice cashier somehow pushed it through after verifying that I got the right product and that the coupon hadn’t expired. Wonder if for some reason those coupons from the diabetes book aren’t working anymore?

  25. Betsy

My newspaper, The Cleveland Plain Dealer, didn’t have ANY coupons for the above Scenario! I got 3 copies and imagine my dissapointment… Did that happen to anyone else?

    • Kimberly Harris

I did this deal and found my coupons that I just printed from computer from this hip2sav web site. I’m new but have already fallen in love with this site. Check it three or more, times a day.

    • Sarah

Toledo, OH and Detroit, MI did not have those q’s either. Someone else told me Cincinnati area did not get them either.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

        Stinks to be us!

    • Amber

Make sure you are buying the “bigger market” paper in your area. That makes a huge difference for me. My local does not carry all or the larger value coupons. Have to buy LA times instead.

  26. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Does anyone know how these are ringing up Northwest Indiana? Thanks for the help 🙂

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I’d like to know how these are ringing up in northwest, indiana, too. I might go try it today but I’m scared since everyone is coupon unfriendly here. What city are you from?

      • Danielle

I’m in Fort Wayne area… it’s ringing up bogo 50% everywhere here. Also, the walgreen’s around my area don’t carry the 6 oz lubriderm… goodluck!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

The Walgreens in Portage on Rt. 6 & the Hobart store also on Rt. 6 both rang up BOGO free (even though add says BOGO 50%). I could not find the Lubriderm $1 coupon in the Diabetes & You booklet. The issue was fall 2009 so maybe there is a new book???
I was also able to use my RR from last week but had to add a few inexpensive items so that I didn’t have more items than coupons.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I’m gonna go to the one on route six tomorrow and try this out. Thanks.

  27. jctngirl

The BOGO must not be state specific. Went to 2 wags 30 miles apart. One was BOGO free, one was BOGO 50%. If you’re in IA, Burlington was BOGO Free, Muscatine was BOGO 1/2

  28. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I have a question….if the products are ringing up on the receipt with the full prices listed first and the reduction of 50% or free at the bottom, is it really necessary to buy over $30 with the first full price for the rebate?? Why should the rebate care if Wags is running a BOGO or BOGO 50%?

  29. SaraJC

    It rang B1G1 50% off …. bummer =[
    still not abad deal =]

  30. April

I just got back from Walgreens and right at 10pm it rang up BOGO here in Austin, Texas. I had to do my deal on the fly but the total after the free items was $30.25, my OOP after coupons was a little over $5.00 and I’m going to send in for my rebate…woo hoo….thanks Collin!

    • Carol

      April, which store in Austin?

  31. Anon

I am in NH. Lubriderm is ringing in as B1G50% here.

  32. Kristianne

Anyone else in California try this? I went to my local Wags and tried price checking the Aveeno Shampoo and Conditioner, not only was it not a BOGO free, it wasn’t BOGO 50% off either!!! The manager came over and I asked her about the ad as she said the BOGO 50% off was only on the skin care! I really wanted the shampoo and my store only had one of the Lubriderm Daily Moisture Body Lotion 6 oz. in stock so I decided to not to do this deal. =(

    • Dana

I had the same experience with the Aveeno shampoo/conditioner… not included and same explanation from employee. My store (metro Detroit) had the 6 oz Lubriderm, but was priced at 3.99. Signs for BOGO50 said only products $4.49 and up are included… total bummer.

      • Dana @ OutOfTheBoxLiving

Update: Thanks to the encouragement of the other comments, I went back today, and picked up 2 Aveeno shampoos, 2 Aveeno conditioners and 4 6oz Lubriderm… sure enough, they were B1G1, and the shampoo and conditioner were included. Totally different than what was posted on the shelves and what the employee told me yesterday. The only problem: my meanie cashier (who now knows I’m coming with a pile of coupons and has become the coupon-nazi) would only let me use 2 Aveeno Q’s and 2 Lubriderm Q’s, claiming I couldn’t use coupons on the free items. I told her she was wrong (nicely, of course), but she and the manager said no. Will have to print out the coupon policy next time! The whole transaction was only $13.96 before the $10 rebate, so still a good deal.

    • Lynne W

      Hi Kristianne:
I am also in CA, the deals here can vary from Collin’s because of regional differences and state laws. We don’t get overage -most stores will adjust down the coupon – has something to do with CA tax law. Also I don’t think the Wags BOGO sales were in CA. My friend and I tried a variety of Wags with no luck. After I print out Collin’s wonderful deals, I take the newspaper ads and go through them. For instance the Target water last week was not $3.50 here as it was for Collin, it was $3.99 on sale so I passed on that deal. Other deals like the WW meals and Lean Cuisine were the same.

  33. Anon

    Kristianne,
That’s wrong, it’s not just skin the skin care. Front page of the ad says “Aveeno”, it doesn’t specify only skincare. I bought the lubriderm today at my Wags and they both rang up at full price…at the very end of the receipt after everything else was rung and all coupons subtracted, then it takes the 50% off the 2nd one. Maybe that is what was happening with your Aveeno shampoo….maybe the 50% would come off at the end? Just a thought.

    • Stacy

I’ve heard that you don’t know how it will ring up until they hit the total key. I’ve gone to Walgreens a ton of times with Collin’s posts in hand and nothing has been marked on the shelf but it all rings up the correct way. If you really want it, I would try the transaction and if it’s not what you expected, have them void it or return the items.

  34. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Kind of off topic, but my Wags has Theraflu for $3.99..pair with the recent $2 off Q for a great deal! Plus, get 2 Theraflus and a 40 ct. or higher Lipton tea for a $4RR!
That makes $18 of crap for $7.39!

  35. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    Oops I mean $3.39

  36. Kristianne

Maybe you are right anon, but my store had BOGO 50% off tags on all the skin care items but no tags on the shampoo. Maybe that manager was just wrong and she was the one who put the tags out? Anyone else in California run into this problem?

    • fuzzymitten

      Hi Kristianne,

I live in N.CA and the items were ringing up BOGO with 50% off. The Aveeno shampoo and conditioner were on sale as well as the skincare, Lubiderm and Clean and Clear. Not everything was marked. Some items just had a sticker around part of the shelf. I just took the Aveeno shampoo and conditioner (Nourish) and the Clean and Clear to the register to check the price. They were ringing up BOGO 50%. Some of our items are more expensive, Lubiderm 6oz lotion is 3.99 and the Clean and Clear Blackhead removing cleanser is 5.79, but there are other products that are the same price. You just have to look and have patience. I noticed that not all stores carry the same stock either. A lot the the clearance that is listed here, either we don’t get or the prices are way higher. The cost of living is higher in CA. I guess you pay for the sunny weather. LOL.

  37. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

FYI everyone, I tried something out that I found out on another blog today and Wags….if you have coupons for $/multiple (ie; $2/2 or $1/3 etc) used to be it would beep if you tried to use a register reward even though you have multiple items and only one coupon since the coupon attatched to all the items…well if you give them the RR first guess what…NO BEEPS! Just thought I’d share…so excited!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

sorry…wanted to make it more clear…I meant to say I didn’t need a filler item to use the RR…today I bought 5 items, had 4 coupons but one was a $2/2 coupon so it attatched to two of the items…before I’d have to add a filler item to use a RR also but not if you give them the RR first.

      • Christy

It was the same for me in So Cal. No tags on the shampoo and conditioner. I asked the cosmetic counter to check and they did ring BOGO 50%. Unfortunately, not BOGO free.

  38. Kimberly Harris

Here in big Russellville Ky. Yes we do have a Wal-Greens and so proud we have it! The J&J deal is ringing up buy 1 get 1 half off.

  39. Kristen

Where do you get the diabetes and you booklet?

    • Sarah

It is in the pharmacy at Walgreens. It has a picture of a pork loin on the front. 🙂

  40. Catherine

Has anyone got a PDF of the planters/ Nabisco rebate form buy 10 get $10? I thought it was running until 1/31/2010, but now when I try their link, it says “page not found”.

    • Lynne W

      Hi Catherine:
If you got the Nabisco calendar, I think there are two $10 rebate forms in it. One for Nov/Dec 2009 purchases and one for Jan/Feb 2010 purchases.

  41. Vanessa

Unfortunately most of the coupon print limits have been reached. :0(

  42. Stacy

Any BOGO free in the North Dallas area???

  43. Anonymous

I went and did the Bogo Oust deal yesterday with no problem. But, I just read on a different blog that the Bogo coupon was for the Oust “surface” sanitizer and Wags has the Oust “air” sanitizer for Bogo (that’s what I got). So I think I may have used the coupon on the wrong product? Can anyone tell me what the coupon says as I don’t have any left and can’t check. If I did use the wrong coupon on the wrong product will the store still get reimbursed from the manufacturer?

    • dawn

      HI
I just got the Oust coupon. It says for “Oust Surface Disinfectant & Air Sanitizer Buy One Get One Free, up to $3.99” you are covered with the AIR sanitizing. go get some more!

      • Anonymous

        Thanks for checking! 🙂

  44. Theresa

I was wondering if there is anybody from Watertown, NY who knows how ours are ringing up. Thanks!

  45. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

For those of you who got it at BOGO was it advertised in the store paper-ad/online ad or did it rung up that way in store?

  46. Melissa

Does anyone know in the Dallas area if this is rining up BOGO Free?

    • hala

      I live in dallas ,
yes today I went and did the senario and it did come out bogo so go and do it , it’s so fun.

      • Melissa

Which Walgreens did you go to?

        • hala

          the one in plano .

Thank you Hala – I went today and it was great. The cashier at the cosmetics counter was so nice and helpful. She said she loves to see what peoples totals come up to after all the coupons and stuff. Thanks for the tip.

I did the Roc system that you had posted a 10.00 off coupon for and had a in store 10.00 off coupon and it ended up being 2nd for 50% off. So I got two 49.99 systems for 35.oo. I think this bogo ended tho on Sunday.

Ending on Sunday is just a guess b/c they told me that they removed the signs Sat that is why it was not posted – but I am not sure that they really know about each product. I say go check ask them to price check it prior to buying that is what I did and she was able to tell me that it was in fact bogo. .

My local Walgreens has decided they’re no longer accepting double coupons on any of their B1G1 deals. I was informed by the cashier (who was took great pleasure in being rather unkind) that I can only use a coupon on the item I’m buying and not on the item I’m getting free. She also said they no longer accept B1G1 coupons on items that Walgreens has on B1G1 sale.
