UPDATE: Kashless/Recycle Bank has changed the program details. You can no longer earn 300 points per week for saved searches. Sorry, guys!

Wow! I have an amazing deal to tell all of you about! I haven’t been so excited about a deal in a long time!

Most of you know by now that you can score 100 FREE points from RecycleBank and use those to score some high value coupons! Well, it gets even better because you can actually get an additional 300 FREE points added to your account EVERY single week!

Just follow these directions:

  • Go here and sign up for an account with Kashless. This is a FREE classified ad service. If your city is not listed, then just choose one close by.
  • After registering, you’ll need to confirm your e-mail address with a link they will send you via email.
  • After doing so, click on the “rewards” tab at the top and link your RecycleBank account (by entering your RecycleBank password).
  • Now click on the “Saved Searches” tab and you’ll be able to start saving searches by searching for any type of classified ad.
  • You’ll get 10 additional points added to your RecycleBank account for every search you save—up to 300 points and this should take you literally no time at all!
  • The points that you earn each week should show up in your RecycleBank account within a few days and then you can start redeeming them for even more high value and even FREE product coupons! Is this not so awesome?!

(Thanks so much, SwagGrabber!)

hi, thanks for all of your updates. 🙂 could you please explain what recyclebank is? thanks!

    • sg

thanks! i also just saw your post from earlier today…

  2. Nicole

WOW, thanks… I was so excited about the first coupons I received… and am more excited to recieve many more!

  3. Angel

I clicked the rewards tab after confirming and clicked the recyclebank link and signed in is that what I am supposed to do? Didn’t see anything saying to link it, it just opened a new page with Recyclebank and I signed in. Are they linked?

  4. sonia

So glad that you found out about this. My area does not participate in Recycle Bank curb service so I was looking for another way to earn points. I am already working on collecting my old electronics to turn in, and now I know I will have another 300 points a week I can earn 🙂 Awsome 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 :-O

  5. Nina

This is an awesome find! Thank you so much for sharing. I’ve already received my coupons from my signup account and I’ve been trying to find a way to earn more points since Recyclebank service is not available in my area yet. Thank you, Thank you!

  6. megan

How are these two things linked? I don’t understand! 🙁 I signed up at both web sites…now what?

    • megan

Ohhhhh….just figured it out. That was a complicated!

  7. Melissa

Thank you so much!!! So excited about this!

  8. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    Yay! so excited!

  9. fran

    Thanks Collin,
So am I correct in this assumption?… To get 300 points a month, you have to request 30 items that you want them to find for you? I did 4 so far, but the closest city to me is Philadelphia, Pa. and I’m in Mt. Laurel, N.J….that would be a hike to get something you want. Any thoughts on this? Have you ever done this before?

  10. megan

OH MY GOSH!!!!! I LOVE this program! They are giving away COKE coupons!!!!!!!! 40 points each too, not bad when you crunch it out and compare to the amount you’d get for saving for a gift card. 🙂 🙂 🙂 $1/1 Helps my habit. 🙂

  11. megan

    I’m pretty sure it’s 300 per week…right?

    • fran

      You’re right…my mistake…thanks.

  12. Cindy G

I did 10 searches and only 10 points showed up for me at kashless. Then when I logged into the recycle bank it still showed the original 100. Does it take a while for the points to transfer over and is there a limit per day?

    • megan

site says it takes a few days to transfer over…

  13. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yay!! So excited. I got my (2) $5 huggies the other day. Used them at Rite Aid ::) Yay!

  14. megan

Hey Collin, I just linked this on FB. Super easy. I love that feature, btw. 🙂

  15. angeline

also if you invite people like give the email you get 20pts so if you have multiple accounts this way would easyer to get to 300 i already have 305 it was to easy.

    • Leesa

How do you invite people? I can’t seem to find it on the website. Is this on RecycleBank or Kashless?

      • danielle

i found the invite box for kashless on the bottom right hand side of there website..had to scoll down a little bit..got 20pts for each one…

  16. Teya

I’m having trouble redeeming my kashless points :[ . Any advice?

  17. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks for the heads up on this, Collin! I follow you on Twitter now and am SO HAPPY you finally got on there!! This is a great deal – I just opened both my accounts & can’t wait to start reaping the rewards!! 😀

  18. Jennifer Moore

Ok, I think I figured out… Kashless shows 300, so I guess I have to wait a day or so until they show up at the RecycleBank account…

Thanks so much though for spelling it out!!

  19. Sheila

AWESOME!!!!!!! GREAT instructions Collin, super easy to follow. I did it just like you said and earned my 300 in no time! WOW!! Can get B1G1 DIAPERS!!

  20. Kristin

This is awesome, thanks! They have really raised the “prices” for the coupons though. When I signed up originally a month ago I ordered 10 of the $1 coke coupons and they were only 10 points back then and now they’re 40. Still who can complain about free coupons!

    • Carrie

wow! the Coke coupons were 20 points yesterday when I redeemed my points. That’s crazy

  21. Leyla

    Thanks!!!!

  22. Janet Snyder

I used my original 100 points not on coupons but on a year membership to Pogo.com , it’s a 40.00 value! I definitely want to cash in some of the new points earned for the 20.00 off 100.00 at IKEA coupon, that’s a fantastic deal since IKEA coupons are hard to come by.

  23. Shae

Oh this looks super great, I saw that they might have coupons on Diapers.. Im ALL over that! Thanks very much!! 🙂

  24. kim

I missed this in December! it’ great…. for other newbies…sign up at recycle bank FIRST. I didn’t and was totally lost on the instructions above, lol! You will also get a bonus 20 for the first search you do!

  25. Dianne

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! I tried several times to sign up when Collin made original post, but once I entered name, address & phone # & clicked continue a box appeared saying could not verify address in USPS database (huh?). I tried to click on “use this address”, but got an error & box would not go away. I notice several other people posted same problem, but no word if they got around it or why this happens. I really want to take advantage of this wonderful program. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    • danielle

      hi Dianne,

I had the same problem the first time Collin posted this program and then again yesterday, I was using AOL Explorer, and that seemed the be the problem….When I tried to sign up using regular Internet Explorer, it worked no problem ( even typed in the address the same, no issues)…that is the only solution I can give you for this one..

      • Dianne

Thanks, Danielle. Unfortunately, I am using IE. It’s soooooo frustrating. If anybody has an answer to this, I would really appreciate it.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I am having the same problem and I can’t figure out what to do. The USPS box pops up but then won’t disapear no matter what I do. I really want to join but it is not letting me. I use IE and have tried many different addresses too.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thank you so much.I have the same problem.

  26. Janet Snyder

I’m so excited! According to an article I just found that was published last month, I should have recycle bank curbside pick up in my neighborhood by next month! It should also be city wide in Philadelphia by July. I can’t wait, this is a fantastic program!

  27. Janet

I was kind of leery about putting in my password for my freecycle account on the Kashless website because on my freecycle account it has all my information. Does anyone know if this is safe to trust?? I just have never heard of Kashless before.

    • Janet

I’m sorry, it’s early here. I did mean to say Recycle Bank and thank you for your help! Haha.

      • Sarah

I have 4 month twins and a 4 year old, so I totally understand. I read your post like three times and re-read Collin’s post again before I replied to you to make sure I wasn’t totally off-base in my sleep-deprived state. LOL! 🙂

        • Lisa

Oh, I remember the early months of twindom!! My twins are 2 years old now and I have a 4 month old. I think the way i did it was easier 😉 Starting with one and going to 3 immediately would seem harder. It seemed easy taking care of 1 after I had 2 at once!!! We have identical twin boys and a little girl.

          Good luck and congrats!

          • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Wow… I have a 5 year old and 9 months twins… I can feel you both… tired tired tired…. LOL Lisa.. although we have the advantage of having the older ones to occupy the smaller ones… hahaha… I tell my husband every day ” and to think I used to complain that one baby was a lot!” lol

        • Kim

We have twin boys that will be a year old in 2 weeks! We also have DD 4,DS 6, DD 8, DS 10, DD 15 and DD 19. I can totally relate to the sleep deprived comment…I can’t remember the last time I slept through the night but I wouldn’t trade it for anything…we are so blessed! Neat to see so many mommies of twins here!

  28. jen

I just want to claify that I will be getting recyclebank points and not just “kashless” points. Or are they the same thing?

  29. jen

nevermind my comment, i see, i have 300 points and now i just have to wait for them to be transferred to recyclebank!

  30. Jen

Thanks. Great way to save money.
I found some coupons are limited to once a month like the cub foods one.

  31. danielle

awesome…now just have to wait for the points to transfer over.

  32. mary

awesome! i missed out on the good diaper coupons, but i just got my 10 “free coke” ($1 off ANY coke) coupons in the mail from recycle bank the other day…didn’t take too long either. this is great!

  33. Leesa

This is a fantastic find! Thank you so much for posting this. I’m still waiting for my first coupons from Recycle Bank though. It’s good to see that other people are getting theirs.

  34. mkw

i registered when Collin first posted about this program. my coupons arrived about a week ago. MKW

  35. Pamela

Help! How do I print out the coupons? Thanks!

    • Leigh Ann

They will mail you the coupons to your home address. It was actually pretty quick – within a week or two if I remember correctly.

  36. Mary

This is awesome!!!!! Their coupons are great!!!!! Just make sure you change the search to don’t email me cause you might get a ton of emails if you dont!

    • Tresa

thanks for the tip, I don’t want a bunch of emails. Gonna go back in & see where you do that!

  37. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    Thank you Collin….this is great!

  38. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

recycle bank doesn’t recognize my home address

  39. Karen

I need search ideas…I don’t think I can come up with 30 on my own. What are you guys putting in?

    • danielle

i just kept adding different words in..i have searches saved for:

      clothes
      toddler clothes
      toddler girl clothes
      bike
      girls bike

      • Karen

thanks, that really helped. I just added different words in for the same type items. 🙂

    • Deb

look around your house or office and type in words of things you see – coffe table, computers, etc.

  40. Jen

How do you save a search?

  41. SaraJC

So….. it takes a couple days for the points to transfer? Checked my account today. Still none of the 300 added. 8)

  42. kim

Ooooo I am coo-coo for Pogo!!! Oh ty Janet but where did you see the Pogo offer listed? I would love that but didn’t see it so maybe rewards vary by zip code?

    • Janet Snyder

I’m actually not seeing it listed anymore either… it should have been under Entertainment I think, but it might have only been a limited time offer… hopefully they will bring it or another form of it back soon!

  43. Christy

LOVE this! All of my Coke coupons showed up last week. Yahoo!!!!! Great high value at $1 off each. Love it!

    • megan

What were the expiration dates on them? Just wondering if I should order a bunch or wait until I’ll need them. That B1G1 Huggies will be AWESOME next time Wags runs a sale, but who know when that will be!!!

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

WAGS is having a RR deal on Huggies the week of the 24th…. buy $25 worth and get $5 back. That would be awesome, but don’t know if the coupons would be there by then.

    • Coupon Pro

I used six of them when 2 liter cokes were on sale at Target last week!

  44. lora

I am not getting the email confirmation. How long is it taking to come through? Its been about 15 min.

    • megan

      it was immediate…try again!

    • Jenny

My confirmation went into my spam folder. Did come right away though.

  45. megan

Does anybody have more than 1 account? Just wondering if my husband can do this too since we’re at the same address?

  46. kim

Anyone else notice the $1 coke coupon jumped from 10 to 40 points each? I got mine yesterday for 10pts but tried today to set my Mom’s acct up and they want 40pts…hmmm

  47. Mary

I saw the coke ones went up too, but if you faithfully do 30 searches a week, you can get 1200 points a month and you are only allowed 10 coke coupons a month and thats only 400 points.

I do have two accounts, one at my mom’s house and one at my house. I am debating whether to do the kashless thing for both accounts or not. I might to get more coke coupons.

Oh, and next to the coupon you should see a thing for terms, it lists when the coupon expires and what you can use it for. The coke ones don’t expire til 6/30/10 or something like that!

  48. Kelly K

I did add searches adding up to 300 pts, but during that time it showed i got a bonus of 20 pts.
Today I got a email stating i earned my first 20 points. Do they actually count those added searches/points or do you have to do 300 pts worth to earn 20?

    Here is the email

ok am i confussed.. Do i need to connect the two accounts somehow? or does the kashless automatically know about my other account??

    • Mary

When you click on rewards it will ask you your recycle bank password, which will link them together!

    • Coupon Pro

Once you select redeem rewards on Kashless it will ask you to on in to Recycle Bank.. basically its automative.
