Restaurant.com has a new 80% off promotional code:

Take 80% off of $25 Gift Certificates and pay ONLY $2!
Just use promo code INDULGE thru 1/19!

For a total of just $2, you’ll end up getting a $25 gift certificate! I always stock up on certificates when they are 80% off. They don’t expire for a year after purchasing, so you’ll definitely have lots of time to make use of them.

Or for an even better deal, you can purchase the Dinner of the Month Club. What’s that? It’s a 12 month package that comes with 12 $25 gift certificates and one FREE $50 gift certificate! The total for this package would be $120, but after you type in promo code INDULGE—your total will drop down to just $24! Wahoo! That means you’re snagging $350 worth of dining certificates for ONLY $24!

I’m done with restaurants.com. Nearly all of the “gift certificates” have minimum purchases of double what the “certificate” is for. I just wish they’d call them coupons, it would be much more honest.

Last time there was a deal like this there was a recipe book at Mrs Fields.com that we could use the coupon on. Does anyone remember that? I looked on the Mrs Field’s website and couldn’t find it.

Okay, I’ve never bought these before because there isn’t any restaurants in our area, but I bought one for my parents because I saw one in their area. Do these gift cards just get sent in the mail? $10 gift card for .80 cents is a great deal. Hope they like this restaurant???

No, you’ll have to sign back into your account and print out the certificates. There are no actual gift cards. Be sure to read the fine print on the certificates as well!

      • Jen

Actually, they do offer real gift cards now with free shipping!

I second that ‘read the fine’ print comment….some of the gift certificates require you to spend a certain amount, pay an 18% tip on bill before discounts, alcoholic beverages not included, etc. Still pretty decent deals though!

3 out of 6 in my area are OUT of stock. ๐Ÿ™ the other 3 are not places I am interested in. bummer.

Thats what happens around here too! But they re-set the first of the month so I always print mine on the 1st or 2nd! We LOVE ours, a local awesome sushi restraunt takes them here so I snag those quick! A 40 sushi dinner usually cost us under $15 tip and all!

I just got some awesome gc’s to restaurants in our area! One of them we are going to use this weekend for our anniversary! Yay! It’s nice to be able to try the nicer restaurants without the high cost!

I just ordered 3 and used a cash back credit card. My card gives 3% cash back on all restaurant and fast food purchases. I wonder if I’ll get the 3% on the certificates or just the meals. Doesn’t matter, just curious.

We used one of our gift certificates on New Years Eve and had a wonderful time! We now only have 1 restaurant participating in our area but it is a restaurant that we like and for a family of 5, it is worth every penny. The waiter was very good about handling the certificate and did an excellent job!

Awesome! I found a great one in my town. I bought one for my mom for Mother’s Day as well! Thanks!

Hey this is a great deal. I went to the web site and purchased two and it still gave the the discount on both certificates. Now I’m not sure how to use them. It gave me a Gift Certificate # so do I take that certificate # to the place we pick out to eat???? Does anyone know how to use this?
