has anyone ever ordered books from them? I know they ship from hong kong so it takes a while, but i was wondering about the quality. I was very disappointed with snapfish this year but i really liked the free book from photoworks(the photos were an excellent quality)

Never ordered from them personally but if it helps at all I have ordered from suppliers on eBay who ship from Hong Kong and have not been disappointed with the time frame for shipping. Quality – can’t speak for. Hopefully someone else can!
Was not impressed with the quality at all on the photobook I ordered from them. The photo colors were off and the book itself wasn’t great.
I have ordered several books, Christmas ornaments and several calendars….I really like the flexibility in designing pages…My favorite one by far..Shipping can take a LONG time, but has always arrived. I usually only jump on the real cheap deals with FREE shipping…

I ordered photo ornaments and a photo book from them for Christmas and was really disappointed with the quality. The color was awful and text that I had designed on my items was blurry, off-centered, or not even there on one item! Free + free shipping is a great deal, but I won’t pay for anything from them in the future. It wasn’t a good use of my time to upload pics and design items for that level of quality. Also, shipping is reeeaaaallly slow. Now, that photoworks freebie book was AWESOME!! Really great quality and I’ve ordered from them since.

Wow, I figured out what I had done wrong. I had selected my friends on the face book portion, and never sent the invitation. So, my code worked,but only for a portion of the discount. So, I resent my invitations, and Now the coupon code worked. I hope this helps if someone made the same mistake as me,but I needed a new mouse pad so WOOT!
