A game piece popped up with a 4 letter code, i entered it but nothing is happening after pushing submit button. It keeps saying not just yet…

My daughter won too – but the parental consent form that needs to be done won’t work! I’ve clicked on the REDEEM button many times and keep getting an server error message! Anyone else having this problem or know what to do?
remove the numbers from the end of the link. I do not know if this will officially count as redeeming it but i did this and I will continue to try and get the redeem form directly from the e-mail. My redeem link ended in 33. Don’t know if this is what everyone elses redeem link ended in.
My redeem form ended in a bunch of numbers and 33 was not part of it. I also had tried taking out the numbers and it worked. Guess I’ll keep trying as well to see if the link will really work.

Oh my goodness…. I FINALLY WON!!! The kids are napping and I have been checking on and off for 2 hours, (yes, I was that bored) and I could never get a code but this time when I hit done a code finally popped up on its own. Don’t give up ladies, it will work eventually… hopefully. 🙂
OMG you guys, I finally won. I can’t beleive it thanks Boonie but I didn’t need your code some random one popped up by itself . Maybe someone else can try it? I tried to redeem my prize and I got a server error must be super busy from all us winners.. I hope our Barbie girls get these prizes. I am not even going to tell my daughter just in case.
My code never showed up but I won anyways….I think this is a glitch and that all game plays will be voided out.

I’m with you, Kathleen. I’ve done everything everyone has said on here and nothing works. I even try to type in a code and it won’t let me. I have the latest update of IE and everything and my hubby is a computer technician! Oh, well. Just gonna have to lose out on this one!
I went back to my email and tried to redeem my prize again, it went throught this time. So, if you got the sever error message when you tried to redeem before, try it again it might work the 2nd time around.
We haven’t been able to get a code, but I’m wondering if it’s bc we’re using Firefox and Safari? Anyone have luck using either? Thanks!

So, I tried and tried, and finally won a barbie or piece of furniture too. It asked to confirm my email address which I did, but so far haven’t gotten an email from them. How long did it take for all of you ladies to get an email to give them your address? If it doesn’t come through now I’ll be so bummed! It took a million tries to get a code!
It took a few hours before I got the confirmation email.
When I clicked on the redeem button and filled out all the info, I got an error message after I pressed the submit button–and it wouldn’t let me back into the form! I’m going to try later.

I just read the official rules and they’re giving away 300,000-something Barbies and/or furniture, if I remember correctly…
I was starting to wonder myself, but that’s quite a few! Maybe they didn’t give that many away in the beginning of the sweeps… It’s ending in February.

there’s a link in the official rules. If you don’t have a code click on the link and, you’ll be back at the registration page and there should be a code at the top of the form.

Site was running super slow. It must have played the game itself and said I won. I got confirmation emails a few minutes later and finally confirmed them. Big pain. Hope it works. I did it early in the afternoon. Printed 2 coupons. Gonna let the girls get a barbie after their dentist appointments 🙁
