I joined SBs a few week back when you posted about it. It’s been fun and I was really excited to see the SB go up today till I realized that everything, even the prizes, went up too then was a little disappointed bc it’s not such a big reward anymore. I am still going to search and win through SBs but not amazed or delighted at the marketing they tried to pull over on us.

I love SB and I was just about to convert my 81 points into a couple amazon gift cards when it got up to 90, I’m so glad I didn’t, because now they multiplied it to 810…. are you kidding me!? Woo hoo. I only wish I hadn’t converted my last 5 giftcards… I could have been rolling in the bucks, Swagbucks that is!
You wouldn’t be rolling in the Swagbucks, because the cost of the items in the Swag Store all went up times 10. For instance, it used to cost 45 to get a $5 Amazon gift card. Now it costs 450. Your last five gift cards would have cost you the same whether you claimed them yesterday or today.
Is there a way to check on swagbucks who I signed up through? I honestly don’t remember! Thanks!

I’m confused on the Swag thing. Do you always have to “search” for internet sites to get Swag bucks? I have a lot of my favorite websites bookmarked, so when I need to go to them, I don’t actually “search” for them, I just click on the bookmark. For example, I have Hip2Save bookmarked, but if I wanted to actually try to see if I could get Swag bucks, would I have to do a search for Hip2Save? And do you have to just click links upon links upon links to find these Swag codes or what? How do you know what is a code? I’m just a little lost on the whole thing.
You do type in the site you are looking for in the search box. Sometimes before you get there or after you type in the next one a screen will come up and say you have won (x) number of swag bucks-you type in a code to get the bucks and they keep an account of them. There are different ways to earn swag bucks-codes sent to you through mail from TSG(the Swag Guy)on the swagbucks toolbar, swag code hunts in which the clues for the letters are sent through the blog(letter case is very important in these found letters), phrases posted on twitter, and sometimes on flickr and you tube. Two sites that help me besides this one are-type moneysavinmomma in the search box. Choose “Engineering a Debt Free Life” in the list that comes up. Also type in tattooastronomy and go to the one that says tattooastronomy.blogspot.com. Both of these sites keep up with the swagcodes if there are any new ones and where they might be located. There are still more ways to earn swagbucks-be sure to download the toolbar for swagbucks through mozilla firefox or internet explorer. I downloaded it on both of them-check out”ways to earn” on the tool bar. And there are still more ways to earn them which you can read about through the blog on swagbucks-on the swagbucks toolbar go to SB News and on the drop down menu you will find the blog connection. It also really help to make an account on facebook and put the widget for swag bucks on there-some codes are only given on the widget. You should also make an account on twitter, flickr, and youtube if you haven’t already. I hope this helps some. During the code hunts it also helps to read the swag bucks facebook page which is found through the toolbar under social media.
I predict SwagBucks will be about like Blingo. It will get big, the go downhill and everyone will move on to the next thing.

I forgot to mention you cannot print coupons from this site. On mozilla firefox it simply hangs the computer up and I have to exit out of firefox. I have forgotten and done this many times so if you want to print coupons use a different site.
