Help. I’m new to Shop At Home. I placed my first order this week. My order w/ Coldwater Creek will make my 3rd order. I’ve been ordering through the Shop At Home site but I’m not getting any credits. The only credit showing is for my very first oreder through Tast of Home but nothing for the last 2 orders. Also, I did not get any extra/bonus credits for placing my first order.
