My local Rite Aid has some of the Kiss nails on clearance, 75% off. Would definitely be free with possible overage with the coupon. Depending on which cashier I get, some allow overage and don’t adjust the coupon and some do. I don’t know if it’s regional or if it is something they are all doing.
