If you haven’t joined Disney Movie Rewards yet, then I would highly suggest doing so now! This is a great rewards program… especially if you have kiddos that love Disney movies. Basically every time you purchase a Disney DVD or go see a Disney movie at the movie theater you earn points. Once you’ve earned enough points, you can then redeem them for a reward! They have lots of different rewards available from electronics to toys, DVDs and more!

    Just wondering if anyone that lost all their points on the site change over has heard from Disney. I emailed them as soon as it happened and they replied with some none sense email about how to enter in codes. I am SO upset about this I had nearly 2500 points and they are ALL gone and I can’t get anyone to respond with a real message from Disney to help me, and I can’t find a phone number for them either.

        I sent them an email via their website to every department! I am so upset about this and hopefully they do something about it! It’s just not right to steal back all the points and then completely ignore my email. 🙁

      There is a toll free number at the botton of the customer service page. They are helpfull. But I’ve had my account blocked 3 times now, using older codes. Are you SURE these will work?

      Collin posted a number to call a few days ago, look back and you will find it. I called and was on hold just a few minutes and they were super nice and fixed everything.

          I lost my points and what ended up being the problem was i had multiple accounts. If you log in click “not my points” under points and an email will be sent to you of the possible accounts you may have. Hopefully this works for you. I had 5 apparently through various disey sites. I just selected the one i hd been using as my primary and wala all my points were back. GOOD LUCK!

            Tiphanie you are amazing!!!!! It worked! I guess it had an account tied to it from my Disney Movie Club that it was defaulting to instead of the account with movie rewards! Why couldn’t they have just emailed me back and said what you told me?! Oh well all my points are back now, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

    So I went to go redeem my TS3 movie tickets, but I accidentally clicked the wrong movie theater, and now it wont let me go back and change. is that something they can fix if i call? im new to the disney rewards….
    i was going to give them to friends since there is no way my 2 year old will sit still enough in the movie theater for the entire movie!

      It doesn’t say a specific theater on the printed out ticket, so maybe it doesn’t even matter. It does list your name and says that ID will be required. But sometimes the theater doesn’t actually check. It will be interesting to see when I try to use the tickets….

      I didn’t see anything on the certificate that indicated it had to be used at the theater specified when redeeming it. Try calling MetaBank at 866-640-0676 to verify where you can use it. Looks to me like it works just like a credit card.

        when you signed up didnt it ask you what cinema you choose? if you put childrens names on them, how would they verify that? hmm..

    Please be careful when entering these codes. After talking to someone at the Disney Rewards Center, they discouraged me from using codes that I could not verify, saying that if they found fradulent codes that they would terminate my account. Be careful!

      My point exactly from last week. Just open your e-mail and do the treasure hunt yourself. 😉 That way you can prove to Disney how you got them and save yourselves a lot of headaches. I’m sure after last week’s fiasco they will soon start asking for proof.

        i received this treasure hunt via email TODAY 4-5-10 and did the treasure hunt (took about 45 seconds) to get all these codes. So they are legit codes, just not sure they were meant to be mass shared…as they were emailed to individuals who accept emails and order from Disney.

    i have to admit I was nervous using these as last time I got blocked, but they are all valid and worked like a charm. Don’t forget to go do the survey for an extra 100 points. It takes all of 3 minutes.

    Where do you find these codes besides in the movies? The ones I entered said they were from like an e-mail search, so how do you find out about those?

      Stephanie, you should get an email from Disney Movie Rewards (usually once per month or so) unless you opted out of receiving mail from them. If you haven’t received your email yet maybe it will show up tomorrow? I received mine late this afternoon.

    I just signed up for this program a few months ago and it never crossed my mind to gather up all the Disney DVDs that we’ve gotten over the past year or so and add in the codes! I just found 4 codes (600 points) sitting in my living room! YEAH!!!

      thank you so much for saying this! I used to be good about entering the codes, and hadn’t done so since christmas. I went and looked through ALL of our dvds just now, and ended up finding so many unentered codes that it actually said “you can only enter 10 codes a day”! though i missed out on scooter I will be able to save for something great. thanks!
