Be sure to check the prices on the St. Ives scrub. The normal one wasn’t free, but the sensitive kind was only $2 something (sorry used receipt for the P&G coupon book) so that one was free after the coupon. HTH
my ad does not say anything about doubles, but it is listed on the spreadsheet that was posted. If I give my rewards card will the coupons double? I hate to waste my time if not.
If your listed on the sheet, your probably good. My add said nothing either, and there was only one little sign by customer service that advertised the doubling. But, everything went through just fine! It wouldn’t hurt to call though.
Melissa my ad did not say anything also.I called the store and was told they were not doing but I asked for a manager and he said they were doing it.You do have to scan card to get 5 coupons doubled and it will not do 6 we tried. My store let me do 5 different orders.Maybe yours will do the same.

so, its actually a limit of 5 per transaction, not just 5 per rewards card? You used the same card for all 5 transactions and got to use 25 coupons? If thats the case, SWEET! I’ll be headed back to Kmart again today. Already hit 2 using 2 cards… I got 6 Soft Scrub Totals (free!), 3 All detergents (free!) and a Pantene Nature Fusion conditioner (49 cents). I’m after more All, more Pantene, Gillette body wash, Crest Pro Health… probably some Dove fron Collin’s scenario… I’m in it for the free and cheap stuff.

looks like it. Apparently using your card is to activate coupon doubling, not to track if you’ve done it yet. I did 2 transactions back to back and all my Qs doubled. I would have done more, but my kids were so done.
I went last week and signed up for the rewards program. I got an email on Saturday telling me about the double coupon days (of course I already knew about it from here!). My cashier asked if I had coupons when I got to her and even reminded me that it was double coupon days. She also congratulated me on my savings! I plan on going back every day this week.
my store is no longer getting my business they are one of the stores on the list but the managers know nothing about it
Me too!!! My Arvada, Colorado store was on the list and when I called not once, but multiple times and the CS was beyond rude and whenever I asked to speak with the Manager got hung up on. I am beyond disgusted with the lack of customer service!!!

I know its a drive but the Thronton one off of 104th is doing it but their selection STINKS. I got 3 bottles of Pantene Shampoo, 2 boxes of Tampons a box of wipes a toothbrush and 2 candy bars for 5.00 (2 transactions, using mine and hubbys shoppers card)

Wow! I was treated so badly at my store in Ohio by the cashier that I got so upset I walked out empty handed! I was very mad. I told here that I wanted to sign up for a card and my b/f. She threw the pen down the belt @ my b/f and then looked at me like well, are you done filling it out. It was just an awful time!
I would have asked for a manager right then and there. And the proceeded to tell the manager just what had happened in front of the cashier and that it is not appreciated. That shouldn’t be allowed. How awful. I am sorry the cashier was so horrible to you!!
I went yesterday and got a few things (5 coupon limit is just dumb!). You REALLY have to watch the cashiers, though. I got 6 cans of Mighty Dog dog food at $.60 each and had a coupon for $2 off 6. I could tell she was having trouble with it, and sure enough, she couldn’t get it to come up right so she just didn’t ring it through. I had to go to the service desk to get my money. Then, the lady at the service desk tried to tell me that they were only doubling $1 coupons so she had to get the instruction sheet out and read it again. Come on. It’s not that difficult.

Went for my first run yesterday – it went smoothly and I will be going back today. I do not like the limit 5 coupons – I definitely won’t be buying as much as I normally would.
Are the ones boycotting doing it because of the $10/$20 coupon fiasco. That is fine if you feel that way, but I think it is a little silly. I mean yeah they were totally in the wrong but numerous companies do stupid stuff like this to try and safe face. That is the corporate world for you. If you boycott every company who does stupid stuff or wrong stuff then you pretty much will never shop anywhere. I was very mad about the way they handled the coupon but no way am I going to let that stop me from taking advantage of the free stuff I am getting this week. If your K-Mart is super far away it probably wouldn’t be worth it with the 5 q limit though. And everybody is super upset about the limit and it bothers me a little to, but without people clearning the shelf everybody is going to be able to get some and to me the 5 q limit makes it very fair!

From what I have read it is only being limited to 5 coupons per transaction so for people that don’t want to drive for 5 coupons a lot of people are just bringing their bags to their car and going back in and it is working. I haven’t tried it yet, because I just read about it last night. I did 2 transactions yesterday. One with my card and one with hubby’s.
Do you have to have the cashier scan your Rewards card in order for the coupons to double? And if so, can you do multiple transactions (if your store lets you), each time getting 5 coupons doubled? I was under the impression that once your Rewards card was scanned for that day, you couldn’t do double coupons again till the next day. That would be great if we could do multiple transactions a day!
When I called my KMart before I went they told me that you do need to give the cashier your rewards card and then your 5 coupons would double. She also told me that if I wanted to do more that 5 coupons I could get back in line or if it was not busy the cashier could do multiple transactions for me (she offered that on her own, I didn’t even ask). So, you do need your rewards card and it will only double 5 coupons per transaction, but I believe you can do as many transactions as you would like per day.
I guess I missed it, why are your choosing to forgo Kmart doubles?
KMart also has a rebate for $10 gift card (Visa or Mastercard- I can’t remember which). It is a mail in rebate when you buy $25 worth of P&G Products. I haven’t figured out the best transactions yet so if anyone has any suggestions, please post them!

I figured this one out based on looking at the ad. I’m going to go there later today to actually do it. I don’t see ant reason why it wouldn’t work though…as long as my store is actually participating in the double promo.

you can only double 5 q’s so this won’t work…
check the math… I’m only suggesting you double the 5 $2 gillette coupons, not all 7 of them. The Crest Pro-Health is free after doubles, but not doubled they $1.50 each, making your pre-tax OOP $3.
Ahh, i just saw the number of q’s…been doing too much math recently! with all the good deals going on my brain is fried!
I’m curious if you get the MC rebate form. I went this morning and purchsed $27.50 of PG stuff (and a couple other things). My OOP was was $8 but when I asked about the rebate they had no idea what I was talking about. And then they said that if I qualified for the rebate it would print as a catalina. But since my total didn’t add up to $25 after coupons that I didn’t qualify.
Anyone else have the same issue?
Mine didn’t print as a catalina but they gave me a paper form. It doesn’t say anything about the total needing to be before q’s, so I’m going to go ahead and submit it anyway. My reciept also doesn’t specify what products the q’s were for.
Not sure if you any of you were able to do the above transaction (Marissa’s) at your Kmart but my hubby and I tried this morning and were unsuccessful. Yes we did have 6 coupons but one of them was the BOGO coupon, so we figured the first 5 would double and then we could use the BOGO. Well the cashier couldn’t figure it out so she called a manager over and he said that for some reason the computers were only taking the first 5 coupons and could not take any more coupons after that, even if you didn’t want the 6th one doubled. He tried multiple ways to ring up the transaction so we could get the deal but it wouldn’t work. So, my hubby decided to not use one of the $2/1 venus coupons. We paid $12 oop and will submit for the $10 rebate (the forms are I believe tearpads all over the store). Afterwards, though, my husband decided it would have been a better deal to NOT use the BOGO coupon and use all five $2/1 coupons to spend I think $10 oop. Also, ANON scenario with Crest Pro Health & Gillette body wash also looks like it would work well and probably much easier AND you spend less OOP! Hmmm, I may just have to try that one tomorrow! Now that I’m thinking about it, I only used 5 q’s (including the BOGO) when I successfully did my transaction. I had intended on using 6 (the 4 needed to be doubled for the PG transaction, the BOGO for the PG transaction, and one to be doubled for free cat food) but the cat food I wanted was out of stock and I didn’t bring any other q’s in with me. Maybe if I would have tried using all 6 I would have had the same problem you did. If the card just tracks your 5 doubles per day, maybe it would have worked out to do the PG transaction (with 4 to double and the BOGO) and then do a seperate transaction for another item with the 5th doubled q? Sounds like a lot of work, but free stuff is always worth it for me 🙂
I got 4 bottles of 50 ounce All laundry detergent, 1 bottle of Pantene shampoo, and a pair of pajamas for my daughter…grand total of……$1.42!!!
does anyone know if the P&G rebate is when you spend $25 before coupons? I thought about getting 5 pkgs of venus disposables for $30 minus 5 $2 cpns = $10. If that qualifies for the rebate it would be free…just not sure if I would get the rebate if my reciept says I only spent $10.

I got a paper rebate form from the CS desk.
the rebate forms were back in the hba section for the PG mastercard. HTH looks like a coupon but actually a rebate form.
yeah, it looks like a tear pad, and it is green with a picture of this weeks p&g insert and has ‘FREE $10 prepaid mastercard card by mail when you purchase $25 of P&G products in one transactions’

I have a question everybody is talking about the free ALL on a lot of the blogs, but the $2 coupon I have says 150oz or larger. Do others have a differnt coupon or are ya’ll just using the coupon on the incorrect item? I would LOVE LOVE to get free All but if I have to use the wrong q then I will just pass. Thanks in advance!

I think this was a regional coupon. Mine also says $2 for the 150 oz or larger, but I know a lot of people’s $2 coupon is for the 50 oz.

Does the Catalina for the Dove have to be in 1 transaction or will the rewards program track purchases? Right now I can only print 2 Dove deodorant coupons so I will need to get to more computers to print the other ones.
I did this today and bought four dove and one toothbrush and paid just tax of $0.90 and got the five back.
Question – If you have a coupon for $2 but the item is only $3.79 will you get overage? Or will the coupon just double to $2.00 + $1.79? Thanks!
From what I have read (have not tried it yet) is that you don’t get any overage. For the dove deodorant, it would be like using a $2.00 and a $1.79 coupon on one item.

I did get overage the other day when I bought 2/$5 Snuggle @ Kmart. The coupon was $3 off 1.
I think the doubles is different though. I bought an Oral B toothbrush – It was on sale for $3.50 and my coupon was $2 and doubled with $1.50. So it will double UP to the exact cost of the item.
i got the snuggle overage too, but have never gotten any overage before!

I have been making my own liquid laundry detergent for over a year now. It has been very successful! When I make a batch, it usually lasts over 3 months for me and my boyfriend. I use the Ivory soap and shred it up cause it is all natural. Let me know how your experience goes!
I just scored 4 bottles of All for baby. ( have a baby shower next weekend) and 4 Gillete body wash. I had to do 2 different transactions but only paid .58 each for a total of $1.16. I just love that I’m able to save so much and When I go to this baby shower she is going to think I spent a ton of money. I Love to coupon shop!!!

mine is a coupon that I got from the newspaper. I don’t remeber which one though!
I used the $2 off Pantene (Vocalpoint) coupon to get it for $0.49. I also had a $2 off Skintimate Shaving Gel coupon from a magazine (can’t remember which one!) to get the shaving cream free. The online Dove printables $2 off any shampoo made for $0.49 shampoo. Yes, Kmart is a pain but it’s worth it to get a few things for free. Plus I live right next to one so that helped!

According to my math (which has been known to be different than others 🙂 ), you should only have to buy 4 at 3.79 to equal 15.16 prior to coupons, in order to get the $5 cat. That means you’ll only need access to 2 computers, rather than 3…..

Do you have to have 2 coupons for one product or do they just count 1 coupon twice?
no…double coupons just means the register will double your coupon value. If you have a .50 coupon, the register takes off another .50. They are doubling coupons up to $2 in value.
The only thing about Kmart is they don’t give overage, meaning if an item is 2.79 and you have a 2.00 coupon, the register will only take off another .79, so you’ll get the item free.

My closest kmart is 20 miles away… Wondering if it is worth it to make the drive with my two kiddos.. Anybody in Idaho able to go to IF or Rexburg and do more than one transaction?? Just wondering cause the 5 Q limit seems silly to me.. TIA!
answer to myself and anyone else here in Idaho– Rexburg will still double if you do multiple transactions.. I did 4 transactions of 5 items to make it worth my drive! Not too many people and awesome deals!

In Missouri 2 issues I wanted to share – 1st, I had to make sure my rewards was scanned at the beginning of the transaction. The cashier did not, but said it was no big deal b/c it was fine as long as she scanned it before we totaled out. Nope – we had to void the transaction and start over. 2nd, my KMart would not accept internet coupons.
I’ve done 4 transactions today using 2 cards. Two were back to back at the same store. I plan on going back to the store near DH’s work before picking him up today.
this is my first time experiencing kmart doubles and i have to say i probably won’t do it again. items at my kmart are priced pretty high compared to target, cvs, etc. and even with the double coupons the other stores are still cheaper. the staff at kmart was unaware of double coupons but i had my rewards card scanned before transaction so the system doubled the coupons automatically.
You are right… Kmart is overpriced. But its hard to beat free. With the Kmart doubles, lots of stuff is free if you have the Qs for it. My list of freebies so far includes Dove Ultimate Deoderant, Gillette 12 oz Body Wash, All 50 oz detergent, Stayfree pad, Crest Pro-Health toothpaste and Soft Scrub Total. Items I’ll be getting for under $1 (which is cheaper than I could get them with my Qs not doubled at Walmart or Target) include Pantene Nature Fusion shampoo & conditioners (49 cents) and Tampax Pearl (59 cents). Success at Kmart doubles depends on having good coupons. I’m aiming for doubleing as many $2 coupons as possible, provided that prices are close to (or under) $4.
Yes, I did get some items for free! You’re right, you can’t beat the free items. Here’s something odd, they wouldn’t let me use my internet coupon for Juicy Juice because the ones I was purchasing were 75% off (exp. date is a week away). They said I could only apply coupon to reg. priced item. Wasn’t in the mood to argue with them so I said that’s fine and took my coupon back. I’m sure they just made that up on the spot because they were having trouble applying the 75% to the juicy juice since it was not coming off on the register.

The Dove Catalina deal did NOT work for me today. I got 2 deodorants and 2 shampoos ($16.36 total – $16 in coupons) and NO $5 off! I got a 5% off coupon instead. Total bummer. Any idea what went wrong?
I’m also curious about the P&G master card deal. I’ve shown the sale paper to several people in my store and they are CLUELESS!!! They actually said the $10 would automatically come off the transaction at the register. Um, no, that’s not what “mail-in rebate” means. 😉
The fine print on the sign in my store clearly reads that it is 5 coupons per card per day. Multiple transactions will not get you more doubled coupons. I haven’t tried, but that’s what the fine print states.
Oops. My Dove deal was only $15.58 in coupons because no overage. Sorry.

I went this morning and the shelves were FULLY stocked! I got 2 venus razor packs, 1 gillette body wash, 2 ALL detergents and paid $5.46. Then I did another transaction with my husband’s shopper card and got 1 pack of Hall’s and a pack of BIC razors and paid $.18! I forgot about the P&G rebate, so I’m going back tomorrow to do another transaction.
I have the rebate form and it does say that the $25 in PG products has to be in 1 transaction 🙁

I also got some baby ibuprophen for my daughter (no deal, just needed it bad and KMart is the only place I had time to go to today.
I attempted to get the free Whiskas food for our kitties, but there was none left. I asked a worker to check the inventory, and she said it was out of stock 🙁
Inventory in general was very low. I got the last two Mach 3’s.
My total, with tax and my DD’s ibuprophen was $12.36. if you subtract the cost of the ibuprophen, it’s $7.36. I asked the cashier about how I get the $10 rebate and if the total is before coupons. She called her manager who said the rebate should work if the $25 in PG products is before coupons. No catalina printed though, and she said KMart probably just wasn’t thinking to factor in coupons when they programmed the catalinas. She called her manager again who said I should get a paper form from the service desk. I stopped by the service desk and asked for the form, and after a little bit of digging they found a big packet of peelie-forms and gave me one. I read all the small print and there is nothing about coupons. Plus I’ve done lots of PG rebates with coupons and they’ve always gone through. So, I’m thinking the rebate should go through and this should be a moneymaker. I’m going to send it in today.
The employees at my KMart were very nice and helpful. The other customers were a little icky though. If you want to see a ton of mullets in one place, go to a northern WI KMart on a Monday morning 😛

Yeah, I didn’t have any trouble doubling the $2 q’s and using the BOGO. Wonder if some stores have different registers?
When I went to my local Kmart this morning the rebate form for the $10 P&G were located on the shelves (a tear pad).
I am going back tomorrow and do the deal with pampers since I need some anyway and have 3 $2 off coupons (they are $9.99 at my kmart so $5.99 after coupons). It is not a great deal but still pretty good since I would have to buy them this week anyway.
dove deal didn’t work…oh well the deodorants were free anyway after coupon. I must not be greedy and expect “money” back…lol

I also did it this morning. My store had them on sale for $3.79. My total for 4 with 4 coupons was .56! Then it printed the $5.00 cat! What a deal!
Just came in from Kmart…overall an ok experience, but that’s Kmart for ya! Doubles worked fine but I did have the $2 off ANY Stayfree product but they wouldnt take it b/c I didnt get the product SHOWN on the coupon (whatever, I still got awesome deals). Kmart needs to update their technology though. My cashier had to manually type in my Kmart card AND all the coupons because she didnt have a hand scanner.
I just went, Definitely only 5 Q’s per transaction. I did not try a second transaction b/c I was not sure if it was tracking it per card. I will go after work and try again to see if it let’s me. If so…Wohoo!! I don’t mind going thru muliple transactions!
No overage, just got back and first had a disagreement with CS about the $10/$20. I’m in Northwest IN. and they always consider us as Chicagoland, but, NOOOOO, not when it comes the this Q, only Dyer and St John, then I get to checkout with 5 soft scrub total, she calls CS to ask if its alright to have 5 of the same, yes, OK, then she says can’t use internet Q’s, I said since when, she walks the Q’s to CS, it’s OK, thennnn, says it states can’t be doubled, show me, it never said that, she finally puts her glasses on and can read that it does not say that, after all of that, I paid .60 cents tax. What a pain in the A–.

Johnson & Johnson Mini First Aid Kit 1.05 – 1.00 coupon**= .05 (I got two of these)
So a total of $4 OOP with a mm Rebate. I could end up with everything for free if I do the SC Johnson Rebate right!
*If any of you took advantage of the first aid case deal at Walgreens last week, it had a coupon book inside worth $15. One of the coupons was $2 off any benadryl product.
**There were little J&J booklets at Walgreens last week with a $1 off any J&J Red Cross product and $3 off Ultraheal Soothing Non-Stick or Tough Pads near the J&J products.
I don’t know if someone has asked this already but I stopped at Kmart today and purchased $25 worth of P&G but I didn’t get anything about the mail in rebate. Does anyone know anything about it? Thanks!
There were tear pads all around my store with the rebate information on them. Its green and says “Free $10 Prepaid MasterCard.” Hope that helps!

You can also use your buy 1 get 1 free tampax coupon from sunday’s P&G insert w/your $2.00 off tampax 18 count or larger to get 2 boxes for 59cents. This coupon also doesn’t get toward your limit of 5 since it isn’t one that will double!!!
True just be careful i think it says but 1 36 count or higher, get 18 count free or something like that. I looked at it yesterday.
Reese’s peanut butter cups – easter candy bag were half off, $1.74. Mfg coupon from inserts a few weeks ago $2 off 3. – I paid $1.22 for 3 bags – woooot I thought this was a good deal. Also got 2 L A Looks hair gels that were on sale for $1.99 – mfg coupon for $1 and a box of kashi heart to heart cereal (3.99) with a $1.50 coupon I got with the free sample I got in the mail. Tomorrow I’ll get more hair gel and reese’s if they have any left. Still looking for good deals – I wish I had those All detergent coupons

They are only adjusting to what the item is worth. No overage…sorry!

The coupon will not double over the price of the item.If the item is $2.79 then it will only give you $2 and the 79 cents
That’s what it’s supposed to do…KMart doubles the coupons only up the to price of the item.
Any luck on multiple transactions at one store?
Thanks to those that are saying the $10 prepaid MC is on tearpads – my store did not know anything about it yesterday & said it was maybe a Catalina ‘form’ that printed if the transaction ‘qualified’. Can those that have the form in front of them tell if it is $25 BEFORE coupons? If not, is there an 800 # on the form we can call to find out?
This was the first time my stores were participating, so I decided to go when I saw free All (as if I need more! 😉 I did OK, but it didn’t really rock my world. I’m so stocked up personal care and cleaning products thanks to drugstore and other deals that I just don’t need much. I got two free All, free razors, 29 cent Dentastix, and 59 cent Tampax, paying $1.42 total. It was actually a struggle to get five items; I considered just getting the All, which is all I really wanted, but I felt like it was kind of a waste not to get five items. I was pleasantly surprised by the store, though. I expected hoards, and it was pretty dead. Plus, Kmarts are usually pretty dirty, messy, and poorly stocked on a good day. I figured with super doubles it would only be worse, but it was clean, neat, and well stocked–the anti-Kmart.
Strangely, when I called the local stores yesterday, they seemed to be under the impression that they weren’t participating. I’m wondering if Kmart shot themselves in the foot, though. First, they limit doubles, which is going to turn off a number of the hard-core couponers who make it their business to be aware of such promotions, then they don’t really advertise super doubles well (nothing in the paper, misinformed employees) to new customers who may have been enticed into shopping there. The five-coupon limit seems like such a wasted opportunity for Kmart to bring in more volume.
HAS ANYBODY DONE THE OLAY REBATE FROM 2/14 FOR $15???? I GOT MY BODY WASH AT THE DOLLAR GENERAL AND THEY SENT ME A REJECTION LETTER STATING THAT THOSE UPC’S WERE NOT PART OF THE PROMOTION. ANYBODY ELSE?????
I got the same rejection letter. I got my Olay from Big Lots.
there was, apparently, an issue with some of the UPCs. The Total Effects didn’t get added to the list until late and some rebates were rejected because of it. I’d call for clarification, then resubmit, explaining what happened. I think TotallyTarget has a post about the rejected rebates…
The Olay problem has been corrected. You can resubmit your form and they will send a check. The rebates are handled by a 3rd party, 3rd party only had a list of certain UPC’s to accept, once we let Olay know of how upset we were they gave 3rd party the correct UPC’s, and told us all to resubmit. I saw a phone number that you could call on one of the blogs and you wouldn’t have to resubmit. I can’t rememer which one. You might check around though. Then you wouldn’t have to waste another stamp.
Ugh – more questions. I was able to get the $5 catalina coupon with the dove purchase (yay!) Here’s my question – if I purchase another $15 worth of Dove say tomorrow, will I be able to get another $5 catalina? Or is it only 1 offer per rewards card? Second question – can I use more than 1 catalina coupon to pay for an order? In other words, if I have a $10 total purchase, can I use 2 $5 catalinas to pay for it? I’ve never shopped this sale at Kmart before and very few places here have the catalina machines. Thanks!
Just a tip. Call and check to make sure your kmart is really running double coupons before you work out you deals and go! ;-D My store (Decatur, il) was on the list Collin posted a few days ago but it is not having doule coupons! Someone work an awesome deal for me!
I just called our decatur, IL store and they are participating, the lady was nice and even told me the rules without me asking any questions. I haven’t really shopped kmart but a couple times(I have however priced matched elsewhere with their ad) so I haven’t really had any trouble. I am pretty excited about doing this, plan on going everyday!

Just had an awful experience at Kmart – I think my BP is still high, lol! Can’t believe the awful (and rude) “customer service” combined with the poor quality, bad prices, and lack of selection. Now I remember why I never shop at Kmart. Hope you all have a better experience, but this will be the last Kmart experience for me.
