Lordy 90 minutes tonight to get 24 free address labels. I was determined, so I hung in there, ugh! Very frustrating website with all the traffic they are experiencing right now. Wish they had been better prepared for the onslaught they invited by offering these free labels. It looks like a nice company that has lovely products, but spending 90 mintues on a slow loading site makes you want to never return. I am sure that is the exact opposite of what they intended. Lure in new potential customers, then piss them off lol. Oh well free is free, trying to remember to live a life of gratitude.

Great freebie … love the designs. I noticed some comments about getting next day shipping free … Please be considerate and just do standard shipping. This company is being so generous is offering this freebie, let them send it the cheapest way! I know it gives you the option for next day, but just remember somebody is paying the postage to introduce a product to you and it was probably an oversight to give the option for next day shipping! 🙂

Glad to know it’s the website and not just me. Not worth the waste of time to create the labels.
Very very slow but once it finally started to work I managed to order in just a few minutes. Hope these are as cute as they look when they arrive.
I had to find a little more patience for this one…but after about 30 minutes it worked. I also got mine next day shipping for FREE.
Don’t bankrupt the company! They only offered 24 free… if you get more than that when they process your order they are liable to cancel them all. Or cancel on everyone.

I just tried to get this one and waited and waited on the site to load. Finally after 45 minutes I got my labels made and in my cart, entered the promo code and it says it is no longer valid. 🙁

Finally!! It took forever for the site to load, but it worked, and took the code. I also got the order confirmation at the end!
I just spent my whole morning trying to get these and when I finally got all my text in, it was not spaced like the sample… nothing that I did wrong. And when I finally checked out with the code, it said this promo code was no longer valid. I will NEVER go to this website again! What a waste! It said the deal lasts until Monday… they should honor that.
I’ve been trying since early this morning with the code, and STILL not getting anything free. What a dissapointment, was really looking forward to them.
Update: When I clicked update subtotal (only to be used when you have changed the quantity, which I did not) then it applied the code even though it said it was no longer valid. So now that my total is zero, it won’t let me click the box “proceed to checkout” even thought I clicked the box that I agree to the terms and conditions. …. okay I finally got it to work after a ton of fiddling around and clicking and unclicking. I finally have my free labels and they were NOT worth my time or energy!

I tried to order some of the round ones, but when I put in the code, it didn’t change the price–they were still going to charge almost $8 for 20 labels. So I didn’t get them. 🙁
Just got mine for FREE! It did take a good 30 min for me to get through the process ~ it was very slow! You just have to be patient and wait for each page to come up. I also had to hit my back button a couple of times and try to move forward again. Thanks Collin!

Now the site is down reporting technical difficulties-maybe when they get it up and running we’ll have better luck. I’m hoping to get the bright colored rock n roll ones to use as labels for an upcoming Team in Training event fundraiser I’m having for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society 🙂 Glad some of you have had great luck and hope their fixin’ fixes it for the rest of us!

I FINALLY was able to get on to the website – it has said “bad response from server” all night, even though other websites were working. Then when I got to the address labels page, it says: “We are so sorry! Our Mother’s Day address label promotion went wild! Thanks for visiting Pear Tree Greetings, but we are no longer offering free address labels. Have a wonderful Mother’s Day and thanks for your understanding. ”
I’m SO disappointed! I really wanted to get some of these. =(
