Walgreens: *HOT* $10 Rebate in Select Locations!
Wow! I just heard word about a very *HOT* rebate Walgreens is offering up in select locations! …And I actually feel pretty out of the loop because well, this past week I’ve been trying to play catch up on all sorts of other things that have nothing to do with deals and coupons. So long story short, I just checked my ad online and low and behold my area is in fact offering up this incredible rebate! Yay!
Rebate Details:
Spend $15 in a participating Walgreens locations on ANYTHING your heart desires and you’ll be able to submit for a $10 mail in rebate! Yes, you’ll get back a whole $10! This rebate offer is sponsored by Coors/Miller. However, in select states (NC is one of them 🙂 ), NO alcohol purchase is required. There are some other restrictions, so make sure to read through all the rebate info in-store.
Like I said, this rebate is ONLY valid in select locations. To see if your location is in fact participating, go check your weekly ad here. If the front page of your ad looks like mine (see above), then smile because you get to do this awesome rebate! Let us know either way.

According to the ad in my paper, in AZ, you have to purchase two 12-packs of Miller or Coors AND $20 of anything in the store, in order to get the rebate.
It’s still a pretty good deal, especially if paired with sales and RR’s.
Is the $20 before or after coupons?

Be careful for trusting the internet one though?? I checked online and it said it, but when I looked at my hard copy from the paper, it just has “Bring home their favorites” 🙁 Obviously some people are getting this though! Is there a way to do it from where you see it online maybe?

In MI it would be easy to spend $20….two coors…plus (scrubbing sprayer and eye solution) add up to 15 then just 5 on other stuff like toothpaste and huggies swimmers. $20 is before coupons.

I found this rebate ($10 on a $15 purchase) on a tearpad in a Walgreens in St. Charles County. Even though it wasn’t in our flyer, look for the tearpads in the store!

i dont think this nbpr is for walgreens only. i picked up one today and it looks like any receipts will work?? There were 2 different ones, both just said $10 rebate for a $15 total market basket purchase.. Im in NC..
I have a hard copy of this (from NC) but I wasn’t sure what it was about (I kept looking at the Wags deals to see if it was there lol). I am just visiting NC, though, does anyone know if that means I cannot do it (even if I just spent 20 at an NC Wags today?).
Now it does not matter if you buy stuff in NC and then submit it at home, the receipts can be from anywhere, but what you have to obey is the requirements for the address of the state you are submitting the rebate for. Now, if you are a resident from a state that does not require you to purchase alcohol, then it is a green light.

Okay just looked at my ad from earlier today. It says $20 mail in rebate when you buy 2 Miller or Coors 12 packs, Yellow Tail Wine and $20 of anything in the store. I figured it up and you would be spending about $40 and only getting $20 back. Doesn’t seem like that good of a deal.
I just figure you’re buying the alcohol – no deal, but not bad prices – and then the other $20 of stuff – well….that’s the deal 🙂 So, its only a good deal if you want the beer and wine anyway.

Your total spent needs to be $15 as you have to circle the total spent.

BUT… yesterday I found a $15.00 rebate after buying one of the new 18 pack of Coors + $30.00 worth of camping essentials (soda, snacks, cooler, sunscreen or disposable camera).

Your OOP needs to be $15 after all coupons/discounts have been applied. And it has to be one purchase receipt. I used a Winn Dixie receipt since it’s the only store I had spent over $15 so far this month!

74012, ours say that you have to buy 2 coors or miller products then you get back $15 if you spend 20. bummer if you don’t drink tho.
They have 2 different rebate forms (with differnt addresses) hanging up near the beer. After reading the fine print I could find nothing that said the $15 had to be spent at Walgreens. It is only available in NBPR states. I live in Kansas City and have to watch where I shop as if I shop on one side of the state line my reciepts don’t work, you have to both live and shop in the NBPR state.

Ok..mine is offering it..but does anyone know the specifics of the rebate? how do i get it? is there a paper in store they will give me after i buy everything and then i mail in? anyone who does this please share..rebates get me scared..when i bought my cellphone it qualified for a $20 rebate but i never got it.
I love doing rebates. I do them ne chance I get. You should get a program like rebate! rebate! to keep track of them and if you don’t get one back you will have all of the info for it handy so you can get it figured out! it will even let you know when it becomes overdue. hope this helps!

No Beer Purchase Required
We have a law in KY that alcohol cannot be required. We have the rebate $10 off $15. It must be over $15 (total) after RR and coupons or they will not honor the rebate. I have run into this before and rather not take a chance on free money. I don’t think it has to be spent at Walgreens either. The rebate does not mention Walgreens specifically. I think it just has to be at a Coors Light retailer. You must also have the original rebate form, no copies. They are difficult to locate, rarely with the beer, go figure. There usually aren’t very many tear pads either. Our WAGS only had 2 on the display.
I just called the 1-800 number at the bottom of the rebate form and she said that it was $15 in items BEFORE coupons, etc. She said just to make sure that the items you circle add up to more than $15.
Awesome! Thanks! I need to run to Wags and see if they have the tearpads. The deal is on my ad so I would think they would have the tearpads. I was planning on buying Dear John this week when it came out on dvd. So i might just use that as my item.

OK, I live in the Kenosha, WI area and our ad has the same cover on the Walgreens flier but no where on it does it have anything about the $10 mail-in-rebate part. Does anyone know if our stores are participating? Hummmmmm?????
No they are not particiapting in this rebate offer. i called this morning and asked. I did speak to a manager tho and he was clueless about the rebate so who knows for sure.

I picked up one of the $10 rebate for $15 purchases that Collin refers to. At the bottom it says “Mail in rebate is only for individual consumers who are residents of AL, AR, HI, IN, KY, LA, ME, MN, MO, NC, VA, and WV.”
I wonder why it says people in WV, when my ad only says at the top ” Bring Home Their Favorites”. Hmmm.
