here near ft wayne, IN no gift card.. can i cry yet? but we sometimes get our walmart and kroger ads in the wends mail, so maybe today? fingers and toes all crossed.. but not holding my breathe.
We got these. I think they are only being sent out to walmarts where they are done re-modeling and are having a “grand opening” with the new look. Free $5 is awesome.

Last week, I went to Walmart to have a very quick pick up, I saw a nice lady standing next to a table with lots of balloons, she stopped me and said that today was the grand opening and she handed me the gift card along with a couple of children activity books and a shopping list notepad. I was superexcited.
Yesterday in the mail, to my surprise, there was another one. Yeah, Free $10 for me
I got mine about 6 weeks ago when they finished remodeling a Walmart Neighborhood Grocer store near me. I love freebies!

I got one about a month ago as well. I’m not sure if they’ve remodeled. I don’t shop there too often because it’s not the best area. I will go at some point to use my card though…someday when I don’t need to take any kids with me.
Got one last week inviting me to visit the “newly remodeled store”. I don’t go to Walmart a lot anyway and really avoid the “newly remodeled store” because I can’t find anything now LOL But they are Walmart gift cards valid at other locations! I received one for the Hinkleville Road, Paducah, KY location even though I live in an adjacent county.
Our store remodeled and no one in our area got gift cards. Less than a year later the roof is still leaking and you have to dodge buckets of slimey, smelly water if you dare to shop there. Floors are already stained and cracking from all the moisture. Everything in there smells moldy. I can’t believe the city does not shut down that building.
I received two $5 gift cards (separate mailings) for two different Walmarts in our area that were just remodeled. I wonder if I have to actually go to the two separate stores to use my two gift cards???

I got one yesterday! Our store here in Enterprise, AL has been remodeled. It has been a nightmare to go into, but I sure will be going in to use my gift card!! Woo Hoo!!

I got one in the mail here in Cartersville, GA. Our Wal-Mart is getting a face lift and they are have a grand opening after the remodel is complete.

Got one today and then remembered hip2save predicted I might get one. They just gave our town’s walmart in Maine a face lift, so that is probably why we got cards!
my daughter got one but i did not. here in salem oregon our store has been remodeled but i am still waiting for mine.
