It took my points and the popup that was suppose to happen for my address didn’t come up and I also didn’t get the other free thing their doing. When I checked my account, it shows I got the deal though.
I didn’t get the both offer & called them…….I only got coupon.
I got the pop-up to enter my info for the free coupon. Then when I choose y other ‘free’ reward it took the points out of my account 🙁 I tried calling them and after 8 minutes on hold I had to hang up because my phone battery was almost dead.

Read above there are some free codes you can use
You have to sign up for the rewards program and you then have to have 5 points to get the coupon mailed to you.
People above you have given codes that can be used that should get you at least 5 points, then you can go and redeem the points for the coupon.

I only got 1 point for the facebook code – but then the others that were mentioned above plus the survey got me enough to redeem for the free product coupon (click on home – it is the “deal of the day.”). I wonder if I should have redeemed the facebook code alone – then went back and entered the others?
If u have 5 points u can reedenm the coupon & enter ur codes whenever u want.
I know. My point was that it seemed like the facebook code was suppose to give you enough to redeem for the free juice (5 points) and it only gave me 1 point. C’est la vie – I got the coupon anyway!

I’m only getting a blank screen when I click “get coupon”. I had a similar problem with the BOGO fandango tickets and when I emailed, they took care of it. No response to my email on this one yet.

when you click on the My Account tab, it shows the reward, but when you click on the link, is it supposed to say “Sorry, we cant access this page at present. It may be the offer you are looking for has now been removed. Please try again with a different offer.” ( I do understand they said it would be mailed, just wondering if anyone else saw this?)
I saw that on my extra reward and then I waited and the coupon printed out anyway.

I had trouble with this site. It deducted my points but when I was prompted to enter my address so my coupon could be mailed to me, the page would not load. Contacted the company by phone, sat on hold for 20 minutes but they were very nice, took my information and will mail me my coupon. Thanks Collin!

For everyone, the free codes above are for new registrants only. It does say you can only have three maximum free product coupons per account, so if you have been a member a long time, and have already gotten three like offers, it may not work for you.
According to their facebook page, they had 50,000 and it’s one to an account, you don’t have to be a new registrant.
I just created an account and can’t access anything! Not the Free OJ for new FB accts, not any points listed above. It loads too slow and then says “Sorry”. it is frustrating! I don’t have time to continually try to sit here.

I’m having the weirdest problem! It says I’m signed it and I can view my account history, but when I try to redeem the reward, it keeps leading me back to the sign-in page, even though I can see it has me already signed in! Help??

I keep getting in a loop where it asks me to log in, even though I can see my points listed and my name on the site. I called the number listed and after a 10 minute wait the lady who answered the phone with Tropicana tried it and said the same thing – she keeps getting the loop under my name as well. However, she didn’t offer to redeem the points for me – just told me to keep trying,. Said if I don’t get in before 8 tonight call back and they will see what they can do.
I’d call back, and see if you get somebody more helpful this time.
