The code showed it worked for me on the first page, then on the last page the code was no longer there. I tried to put it in again and it said it is not valid. I called their customer care department and the nice gentleman I spoke with put the order in with the code. I got the

No, you don’t have to be a member. I just ordered and used the FIRST10 code. The FIRST10 will ONLY work on your first order (thus the FIRST10 — $10 off first order). I bought 5 bottles of VO5 shampoo and 3 Suave body wash for men….Total paid was $1.41!
