Yes! Worked for my existing account. I had used the last $10 code also. I got Toms of Maine Natural Toothpaste since I never see this brand on sale. I got 2 full size and 2 travel size it gave me a $4 coupon for Toms products and then $10 discount using DR10. Total OOP was $1.55 shipped
I cannot get any of these codes to work. It doesn’t adjust my total and I get the following message:
“There is no current promotion associated with the code you entered.
Please check the code and try again.” Anyone else getting this?
Did you copy and paste the link into the box? If so you may have an extra space at the end of the code and I noticed it won’t work if that’s there. So after you paste it hit delete once to get rid of that space. Hope that helps!

Make sure you don’t copy and paste, I did and it didn’t work. Went back in and manually entered and it worked like a charm. 🙂

It worked for me, I was able to score a bottle of burts bees tomatoe toner for 1.98 shipped! You have to wait to put the code in on the 2nd to last page before it shows up (on the last page is where it will show up)

I have not been able to use any of these codes – tried tenoff, first10, then this one today. Medco keeps telling me there is no code for these. Arghh – help!!!
I honestly don’t understand. If this helps, find your product, put in cart, the go to checkout, enter all information required (including your credit card info) then it will bring you to the last screen. On the top, it says your total is $16.98 or whatever, then put the code in the box DR10, and enter/go. It should then take off your $10.00 and say your new total is $6.98. Sometimes I find I am just missing an obvious step when trying to use these deals and it isn’t working for me. This has happened to me before and it is very frustrating. i truly hope this helps you and you find it was a silly mistake.
my code didn’t show up until after i went further in the check out process. keep going. you can cance the order at the end if it doesn’t show up.
I am on the very last page – says my total is $11.17. At the bottom it says ‘your order is not complete until you press this button: Place your order’
Then I try to add the code. It comes back and says

I had the same experience. It didn’t show until the final screen but it did then say my order would be .99 right before i clicked the final. Earlier it did say something like “$10 off Promo” under promotions applied (or something like that)

This code wasn’t working for me as a new customer. So I created an order for lip balm without the code and placed it. I then went and made another order for what I wanted using the $10 off code and it worked! I placed my order. Then I went back into my order history and cancelled the order for the lip balm.
Try that it might work.

THANKS NICOLE! That was totally it! It wasn’t working b/c I was a new customer. So I did just like you – created a small initial order. Then placed a 2nd order for what I wanted and the code worked! Then deleted/cancelled my 1st order. You don’t have to spend an entire $10 either – it will cover anything under and you just pay shipping. Yay – and hopes this helps any others who are having problems. 🙂

Thanks so much for sharing! Code worked great both last time and this time with typing it in manually. Last time got a heat/cold wrap that needed to be replaced because I burned my last one up in the microwave. (-: Today I was so excited because Medco has Myoflex cream, which is what I use every day for pain, aches, etc. Works much better than the others and does not have the smell of the others. Recommended by my dr. because of a specific ingredient in it-trolamine. And it’s getting hard to find. Usually get it at my pharmacy for over $9 a tube. They had it on sale for a little over $6, so I got 2. Total of order after shipping-$3.57. Yea!!! Made my day!!! I love this place, too-Both Medco & Hip2Save 🙂
