If it says COUPON AVAILABLE click on the item.. over to the right of the product, where the description is, there will be a link and it will say $x.xx amount off… click that link.. add the item or item numbers it says to get teh coupon and thats it. Coupon will be in your shopping cart.

OK don’t laugh, but I got 24 rolls of Charmin tp. Can never have enough of the good kind. Since I started couponing we don’t shop at Costco any longer so tp is a tough one sometimes.
since i started coupon we also rarely shop at costco. some of their prices have upset me for a long time…example my friskees cat food is 6 cents more expensive per can than target. And we PAY to shop there. I love costco for their speciality items that others just do not have, I buy my chicken breast there, I am a sucker for their baby wipes even though I can get them cheaper….and My kids totally dig their deal on Nutella. I did drop my membership down from executive to the basic one, and I probably only spend 100 a month there versus the 400 i used to spend.

I think that’s only there if you haven’t ordered from them before, because it’s missing for me AND the code wouldn’t work. 🙁 Typed it in myself, so no copy/paste/space issue. 🙁 Grr.

i have been trying to setup an account for my husband (of course, different name with different address-his work address) ever since last friday but still haven’t successfully done yet. i can’t figure it out why except they are just not taking new customers. anyone else has the same problems?
Is it OK with his business that you are using his email address, some businesses don’t like it, my would not–I’d get in trouble.

Try registering for an account first and then go in and do the checkout. That’s what I had to do.
I think this code is for existing customers. I read an earlier post where someone created their account, ordered a chapstick, and then on a separate order, used the $10 code. Then she went back into her order history and deleted the chapstick order and kept the order with the great coupon. Hope this helps!!

i put in my credit card info and put the code in, and when i click to submit the code it looks like it refreshes the screen but nothing changes. there is a link to proceed to check out but im afraid to click it if i dont know if its going to let me enter the coupon code on another screen. anyone else having that problem?
I’m having the same problem. I’m too scared to go forward because I’m not sure if the discount will show or not.
You HAVE to proceed to checkout. At the bottom of the check out screen, there’s a place to enter the coupon code, then hit enter. If the code goes through, your total will change and you can then submit the order. (Hitting the proceed to checkout button DOES NOT submit the order, you have to do that manually). Hope this helps!!
If the code worked it will show on your discounts at the bottom before you put your credit card information in. If it doesn’t work it will say in red that the promotional code did not work. Hope that Helps
okay i went ahead with it feeling confident that it would let me put the code in on the next screen but instead i am now paying 15$ for stuff that i really didnt need to buy >< i could cry

That happened when I placed my order this morning. I clicked “Apply Coupon” and it didn’t do anything, besides refresh the page….but when I clicked next to continue to the final page where you would submit your order, the discount showed up on that final page. Weird….but give it a try.
I was on the final page, I just needed to hit submit, but didn’t want to since it wasn’t showing the discount. Oh well, there is always next time. 🙂
