Target’s regular price is $39…not a deal at all.
It may not be the same quality though at Target.
I’ve boughten Kitchenaid stuff at Target and through the Kitchenaid site.
The stuff I bought at Target was way below the quality of stuff I bought directly through kitchenaid.
Calphalon has different levels of quality….My chef quality pans from them cost between 140 and 250 each.

I have the 9-piece Unison set, bought it for at Christmas. They are expensive, but I wanted to invest in a good set. I love these pots and pans. They are a little heavy, but satisfied with the quality.
