I got an email from Payless today saying they had a glitch and sold shoes that weren’t in stock. So my entire order was cancelled. I was so ticked off.
I just got an e-mail like that also. But only one of mine was cancelled. My card still hasn’t been charged either.

well I got the same email but only one pair they didn’t have, so they want to charge me the $4.38 for one pair. That’s their mistake, I shouldn’t have to pay $4.38 for one pair when it was supposed to be 2 pairs. So I wrote them an email but have yet to hear anything
I send them an email about it. They said sorry about the error and they will send me $10 gift card for future purchase.
My order wasn’t cancelled, but when I went to pick it up at the store today I noticed the invoice was for the full price of $16.37 instead of the $4.38 that my confirmed online order said. Very unhappy!!! The store clerk argued with me and told me no way were they buy one get one free online. So I had to return them, but I sent a very unhappy email to customer service. I wonder if they will even respond. Boo Payless!
I had purchased to separate orders of 2 pairs. One of my orders was cancelled completely, and another only 1 pair was cancelled. I will be calling customer service this afternoon. Hopefully I will get the same result as Tomoko.
I just got the shipping confirmation and they only shipped 1 pair for me too. I just sent them an email with copies of both emails asking them what they were going to do about the pair I didn’t receive. There isn’t even a mention of where the other pair I didn’t get either. Nice job Payless. I know it isn’t that much money but what a pain to have to deal with it.
