Kmart Double Coupon Deals 7/4-7/10
As most of you know, Kmart will be holding another super doubles coupon promotion on health and beauty products at select locations starting tomorrow, July 4th and running through July 10th! Here is a list of participating Kmart locations; however, I always suggest contacting your local Kmart store (even if it is on this list) to be sure that they are indeed participating (you never know with Kmart, right?! 😉 ).
Below are the basic “rules” for this event:
*You can use manufacturer coupons up to and including a $2 value (i.e. if you have a $2/1 coupon, it will be doubled up to $2 for a total of $4 off the price of the item)
*You must be a member of the Shop Your Way Rewards program AND the cashier MUST swipe your reward’s card at the beginning of your transaction!!*
*Limit 5 total health & beauty coupons per customer per day (No, grocery coupons.)
*If you are using more than 5 coupons in your transaction, ONLY the first 5 coupons will be doubled.
*Does not include Kmart Store Coupons or Kmart Pharmacy Store Coupons (i.e. Kmart coupons will NOT be doubled)
*If you are not currently a Kmart Shop Your Way Rewards card member, do NOT stress! There are 3 simple ways to become a member: (1.) Go to the Customer Service Dept at your local Kmart or Sears store and request a card; you will be able to sign up and receive your card immediately (this is obviously the best option if you have a store close by)! (2.) Call the Shop Your Way Rewards Card dept at 1.800.991.8708; they will take all your information over the phone and then a card will be mailed to you (the card typically takes 6-8 weeks to arrive). Okay, so I haven’t shopped at a Kmart in years! I’m going to try it tomorrow! Can someone tell me if I have a coupon that ends up being more than the cost of the item will they accept it? Will I get overage? This could be fun or frustrating! I am hoping for fun!!!! I pulled out all my $2 off coupons on health and beauty products and the game is to see how much I can get for free! You do not get overage on the doubled coupons. Example: item= $1.50 and you have a $1 coupon, it will deduct $1.50, not $2.00.

Does anyone know if we can roll the catalinas to do our deal or will that stop a new catalina from. Printing? I think I trid to use catalina once to pay and it would not allow because I used coupons. I hope Iam making sense . . .
i’ve rolled catalinas at kmart before from their scrubbing bubbles promo, but I’m not 100% sue about these ones. I’m hesitant to try without knowing ahead of time because if it doesn’t print, i will have to deal with the very coupon unfriendly managers…they already kinda look at me like i’m the annoying coupon lady, but they can kiss my hiney for all i care.
The ad states: Limit 1 coupon per member (i.e. your Shop Your Way Rewards Card is supposed to limit you to one reward; whether it really does, is a different story).

When I look at the Krazy coupon lady’s list it only shows Abreva, Act and Advil and then it stops. Is anyone else having the same problem?

When you read the post at the bottom there’s a button that says “read more”, if you click that you will get the whole list. When you click the link that says “master list” you get the three items that you mentioned seeing.

While I was going through my coupons I saw where Neutrogena has a $10 rebate when you spend $30 worth of facial moisturizers — by 7/4/10!!! So they would have to be purchased today. There is also a $2 off Q in the 6/13 SS, where I found the rebate info. Not sure how the deal would work out, but i thought I would throw that out there.
how involved is the process to become a member of their program? the rewards your way thing isnt a credit card is it?

I’m a little confused. In the flier with the $10 off $35 P&G, it says “purchase requirement calculated before taxes and after other discounts have been applied”. Are coupons considered “other discounts”?
i’ve never had a problem using coupons with the promotions at kmart before…just yesterday i did the buy $50 get $12 OYNO deal, and after coupons, my total was only $19 and it printed the $12 catalina just fine.

No, manufacturer coupons are not discounts, they are a payment method.
I tried the P&G cat deal on gillette and tampax and it didn’t print the $10 cat. The manager said it was because my coupons made it less than $35. Always luck before but not this time-in MI.
Did you use any BOGO Q’s? I tried buying 6 Bodywashes and 2 Tampax- using 3- 2.00/1, 3 BOGO, and 2 2.00/1 Tampax… They would let me use the BOGO b/c I was using Q’s on the ones I was supposed to buy…
ok, so i did the P&G senario just as collin described, and got the $10 cat. BUT the fine print says it can only be used after 7/11-7/18. so no rolling. and i couldnt even use it right then! sigh
I contacted all 3 stores in NW Indiana and they all said they were NOT participating, even though they are on the list. BOO!
I am from that area and they NEVER participated when I lived there. I am in Bloomington, IN now and both of our stores do….that is such a bummer though!

Call Kmarts 800 #! I did today after going to the store and them telling me they were not participating and they too were on the list! After 26min I finally was able to make my purchases!Apparently the message did not make it to some stores that they were indeed participating! How sad is that??

I was able to do the P&G deal at the Portage, IN store with no problems on Monday. I paid $4 something out of pocket and earned the $10 catalina!

Okie dokie. Thanks for responding. I really hate Portage…but I wanted them to particpate. I’m gonna still go and see if they double or not because I don’t believe what they say on the phone. Unless you went and tried and it didn’t work. I went w. my grandma to the Portage doubles back in April. I did one transaction and my grandma was behind me with her transaction.. I didn’t bring in enough money so I just told my grandma to wait for me near the registers while I run out to my car to get more money… I went to the car..put my stuff away and got more money. I went back in and I was with my grandma while she was doing HER transaction with HER own card. and the manager came over and yelled at me in front of everyone…about how I already did my transaction and we’re only allowed five per day..and blah blah blah. She thought she was so cool yelling at me. And then my grandma told her off…PRICELE$$.

I tried and it did not work for me. I was told wipes are considered “infants” department, not Health and Beauty. The register automatically doubled everything I had coupons for EXCEPT for the Pampers wipes.
OK, I braved a KMart this morning for the first time in years! (The store on Tara Blvd. in Jonesboro GA.) Called first to confirm they were participating: yes. Asked if they took internet printables: no. So, a least I knew ahead of time. Got there and talked to someone in customer service to clarify what they consider “health & beauty”: anything in the H&B section including over the counter pharmacy. NOT cosmetics, though. Again, I was glad to know before I got to the register. My daughter went with me and she was able to get 5, 20 oz. bottles of LA Looks styling gel for free. I got a 20 ct. box of Tampax pearl, 2 Reach dental floss, and 2 Sure deodorant for $3.30. So, altogether not a wasted trip, but not as much fun as if I had been able to use my IPs and cosmetic coupons.

Went to Kmart this AM. Bought 4 Tampax pearl and 1 gillette shaving gel for $3.35. Of course there was no advertisement in the circular, no signs in the store and the cashier was unaware of the coupon promotion . Fortunately, dispite this everything worked just fine.

my store had no promotions for it either, i had my bf ask just to make sure before i spent all my time hunting and gathering, and the CS lady said no, they dont have those events very often. when he came to tell me i got mad and told him it was on the internet that our store was participating, so he went back and told her, and she called someone, and yes they were participating. 😀 i got 2 bengay’s, 2-300ct q tips, and a clean and clear facial cleanser for 6.25 🙂

I went to Kmart and after some frustration made our like a bandit. I got all P&G product: 2 tampaxs, 1 bottle of crest mouth wash, 2 old spice body washes, 1 gillette body wash, 1 oral b advantage toothbrush and a bottle of pantene shampoo. My total was $38 before coupon and $16 after coupons. The catalina machine started to beep (my $10 coupon) but the incompetent all piereced up cashier stood there like a clown looking at me like i came from another planet when i told him that it is supposed to give me $10 coupon. It said it’s offline so i told him to turn it on. He said just go to customer service. I was about 2 steps from takig that darn thing and trying to turn it on myself LOL needless to say the manager just said they would give me $10 credit back but she couldn’t figure out how to do it so she gave me $12.91 back (as is she returned a few of my items). SOOO i was only charged $3 on my visa. Overall i’m very happy but what a bunch of incompetant people!!!!!!!!!! Ohhh and if i’m not satisfied with pantene they have a 2x moneyback guarantee so could get $14 back (since i paid $6.99 for it) 🙂
kmart has their pantene on sale this week for 2/$7. if you use the $2 off coupon from the parade magazine, it makes them totally free!!!

My kmart had some pantene conditioner on clearance over on a rack to the side for 2.25 each! i used my $2 off of 2 and got both for $.50! so make sure you look at the clearance racks too!

I went today after checking that Kmart was on the list. Got 4 boxes of Tampax Pearls were only going to be $0.69 each. Well go to checkout the cashier knew nothing about the double coupons, she asked another cashier and another no one knew anything. I told them never mind I didn’t want the items. Then someone finally asked someone at customer service and they said oh yes we are. By then I was almost to the door and mad. They really need to inform their employees better.
I went today, found some Loreal nail polish on clearance for $2.39 so only 39¢ after the $1/1 newspaper coupons, and also a Rimmel nail polish $3.99 with a printable $2/1 so that was free. I want to go back and try the diapers and wipes coupons and see if they double.

Oops, I mixed up my Pantene coupons…the $2/1 is for the treatment/hairspray, etc, and the BOGO free was for the Pantene Restoratives or Beautiful Lengths products. I think I got them from a recent Parade Magazine in the Sunday paper. Hope you all have successful trips too! 🙂
I tried to use my BOGO Gillette body wash and the $2 body wash coupon and they wouldn’t let me. I stated I WAS buying one, I am just using the $2 off coupon and the other coupon was to get the other body wash for free but the manager stated that I had to purchase 3 items. I debated this with them for over 5 minutes and by then a large unhappy line was forming behind me. I thought I was right, but am I wrong?
You are right. You can use one coupon with a BOGO sale. (Collin and I disagree on this one…she says you should be able to use two coupons with a BOGO, but I never have been able to do this.) KMART is lame when it comes to their coupons. Sorry you had to deal with such a loser manager!
Same here when it was the last go around with doubles, they act like you are a criminal…”you can’t do that!!” Every other place allows it…but not KMart and definitely not WalMart.
You are right, and it worked fine for me today to use a BOGO and a $2/1 for the one that I bought. One trick to always do is give the dollar amount off coupon first, then the BOGO coupon, which will usually trigger their register to beep and then they put the price in. To my surprise at Kmart today, they didn’t even have to enter the prices on my BOGO coupons–it did it automatically. (example: when she scanned the BOGO oral-b pulsar toothbrush coupon, it automatically took off $5.79). She did have to manually enter the Pantene Restoratives BOGO though, because the coupon limits up to 4.99 and the treatment masks were 5.29. If the managers are still giving you trouble, call the corporate number. Even if they still won’t honor the $2/1 coupon, maybe they’ll give you a gift card or something. Good luck!
yeah i was told that their system links the bogo coupon to both items so it will not let them use anothing coupon, which is bogus
i had the cashier try a bogo gillette body wash and a 2$/1 coupon, and it wouldnt work 🙁 i was going to call corporate earlier today to ask but it was out of business hours, and the other number they gave me was all robots, couldnt get an actual person on the phone. 🙁

are there any problems with the coupons that state ‘buy 2’, for example i have a coupon for $3 off 2 Right Guard deodarants which are supposably $2.50 each, so is it going to double or only ring in the $2.50 since that is the price of 1???? Anyone know? I also have he nivea lip care and i want to make sure i am going to get the $4 off and not just 1/$2 credit…
this won’t double at all because the coupon can’t be more than $2. A $2 coupon will double to $4 but anything over $2 won’t double at all…
my kmart would not take more than 5 coupons total! I was so frustrated, I told them that they would only double 5 but that they should still take the rest. I ended up buying everything, but I will be returning all items that they did not apply the coupons to!
My store was great. I asked politely if I could do more than one transaction. Cashier said sure. I did 3 back to backs! 15 coupons doubled!

My Kmart (Winona, MN) will double 5 coupons per TRANSACTION. So far today, I have done three transactions using the same rewards card, 5 Qs per transaction. All of the coupons doubled with no problem.

Today I went to my Kmart for doubles and immediately stopped at cs desk to inquire as to what departments were included. Surprise! the cashier didn’t know what I was talking about!! She then called a manager who said they were not participating. Instead of argueing that they were indeed on the list of stores that were participating I asked for the cs phone #. Long story short after 26 minutes on the phone I was able to start my doubles couponing!! So, if you contacted your store because they were on the list and they told you they were not participating, go to the store and do as I did! I know it was a hassle but they shouldn’t advertise something and not let stores know! I told the manager be prepared, I will be back every day this week! ha! Oh, and I used mine and my husbands card to get a total of ten items!
My kmart also had no clue about this promotion. It worked though. I got 2 boxes of tampax and one pantene hair cream and one shampoo for 1.22. Use the $2 Pantene product coupon from last week’s “PARADE” magazine and it will double (the products are on sale for 3.50).

The 18 ct. box of Tampax Pearl for me was $4.69 and I had a $2.00 coupon from an insert (sorry I don’t remember which one or when it was) and some $2.00 coupons from the free sample packs.
I never got the Rimmel coupon so I can’t help with that.
the $2.00/1 rimmel is gone now. it was out once, then reset and is gone again!
The tampax pearls was in the P&G insert 6-27, I believe, there was also a P&G insert earlier in June. They have the best high value coupons.

I went there yesterday with my husband. He did one transaction and I did another. I look at the recipts today and they had overcharged me by 9.55! So I have to go in today to get it fixed!
Ok, so I called KMart and they had no idea what I was talking about so they gave me a $10 gift card to cover the overage. So I went to spend that with the double coupons and they messed it up again! They tried to overcharge me by 4 dollars. This time it was the register and not the cashier.
If they ever offer the double coupon days again, I’ll have to think long and hard before I go! So much hassle… but I did get some great deals!

Hi. I’m from Roseville, MI and my grocery ad for Kmart states that Super Doubles is for up to 10 coupons per day, with a limit of 4 of the same coupons per day. I do not see a restriction on just for Health & Beauty anywhere. This is so crazy that they have so many different rules for this promo. I’m trying the P & G deal this week and see if the after coupons amount triggers the catalina. Hope it works!!! Crossing my fingers. Will let you know!
I am officially giving up on Kmart!!!! I just spent 45 minutes at Kmart and came home empty handed. I had 5 Pantene styling products, 3 Oral B tooth brushes, 1 Old Spice body wash, and 1 O.S. deodorant. I has 5 $2 Pantene coupons, 3 Crest $2 coupons, B1/G1 O.S. coupon. None of the coupons would double. First of all no one knew about the doubles. Then I was told the coupon wouldn’t double because the item was only $3.50. I explained that in the past a coupon would double up to the price of the item. Then I was told the coupons would not double the Pantene was on sale. I said forget it and left. I just got off the phone with customer service (23 mins. & 2 transfers later) and got absolutely no information. I thanked the lady for her time and said that since kmart had no clue about what they advertise or how to handle it, I was not going to waste anymore of my time shopping (or trying to shop) there . I have always said I’m not a quitter, but Kmart is just not worth all the headaches and the waste of my time.

Tried using my $2 rimmel printable coupon on some nailpolish but they said they couldn’t do it since it wasn’t in the “health and beauty section” Now that’s messed up that cosmetics aren’t health and beauty! haha.. oh well. Still got some great deals with a nice cashier this time! Good luck everyone!
Just an FYI, as someone who recently worked at Kmart to make extra $$$, MOST cashiers will NOT know about double coupon events, corporate just does not train them to know this. Some managers will not know either. I was told that the computers are just automatically set up to double the coupons (yes, only up to 5) when these events take place. For some people having problems, the double coupon event is ONLY for Kmart rewards members, so if you don’t have a rewards card, the coupons WILL NOT DOUBLE (but it’s free to sign up). And you MUST scan your rewards card 1st in order for the coupons to double!!! So my advice…. don’t stress & worry about cashiers and employees NOT knowing about coupons doubling, most do NOT know. But I guarantee you, the computer will automatically double your VALID $2 & less coupons without any problems!!! It did this every single time whether or not I knew of the double coupon promotion or not!
Totally agree! Store knew nothing and were surprised as my coupons doubled! I figure it was worth a shot and that all computers would be set to double. Glad I was right ( at least in Wisconsin).
Has anyone been able to make this owrk in AZ? AZ stores are on the list, however, when I inquired at the custome service desk of my local KM they said they weren’t participating. I promptly dialed the 800 # for KM and spoke to a rep that said no stores in AZ were participating.
Am I the only one who did Collin’s deal with the Gillette BW, Deodorant and the OS Body Wash….yep…I paid $8.69 but I did NOT get a $10 catalina…I got a $5/25 health & beauty purchase (which obviously comes in handy this week..) but still…I dont understand why it didn’t work.
i did it and got the $10 catalina… but it is only good 7/11-7/18.

HAS ANYONE TRIED IN lOS ANGELES, MANAGER SAID THEY WERE ONLY GIVING DOUBLE REWARDS POINTS. GOING TO TRY TODAY WITH ONE COUPON AND SEE IF IT DOUBLES.
i went to the temple city Kmart on 7/5 and they are doubling coupons. I bought 2 pantene shampoos ($3.50 each) and used 2 $2 coupons. No overage, though. Paid $0.39 for tax. The cashier didn’t even know about the doubling until she rang up my order.
I did the P&G deal and did not get a $10 Catalina. I got a $5 catalina OYNO of beauty care for $25 or more, and at $1.50 off playtex. I still got a great deal, but I was a little bummed.
Rimmel Make up is marked B1G1 1/2 off, but it is ringing up B1G1 FREE is MO! They even let me use a Q for both items, which I still had the 2.00/1 Q which made 8.00 in Q’s and only 4.49 in product, best news of all was that they let me keep my overage, I just had to find enough stuff to bring it in the posative 🙂
I bought 3 Crest mouthwashes, 2 Pantene hairsprays, and 2 packs of Pampers. Used $2 coupons on each item. (all coupons doubled except for diaper ones of course) Paid about $21 with tax and got the $10 coupon!
I Live in Michigan, my super kmart is doubling 10 coupons and on any thing in the store, I would check out super kmarts if their one buy you.
Help friends! I am new to couponing and catalinas. Does he spent $35 have to be in one transaction or can it be split into 2 so you can double 10 coupons? Does the Catalina ” magically ” print after $35 on your transaction or your rewards card? Thanks!
It has to be in one transaction and you’ll get the $10 coupon as long as you hit the $35 pre-coupon. Unfortunately the $10 did not print out as a catalina coupon at my Kmart. It prints out like an additional store receipt and it’s a Kmart store coupon. You can’t use it right away since it’s not valid until 7/11/10.
Hello – what about the $4 q on Olay total effects body wash and the B1 Olay, G1 Ivory from the June P&G. I know it won’t double, but maybe a scenerio with 5 others that double and both of these q’s for the $10 catalina?
I thought the same thing about the $4 Olay coupon, but unfortunately my Kmart does not carry that type of bodywash.

Frustrated because I did two separate transactions today to purchase diapers and wipes w/ the P&G promo. The first transaction, the cashier swiped my card, but on the second we both forgot. Therefore, not only did I lose out on a $1 double from a health and beauty product, but I lost out on the $10 rebate. I am heading back tomorrow to see if they can help me out. Fingers crossed they will be nice and let me somehow get the $10 rebate.
The manager was very nice and fixed everything.
