No they’re not they’re fufilled by amazon. The prices are pretty much the normal prices though. I’ve seen them on clearance for less before as well.

I went to the website and you are right, 4 out of 5 of the items I purchased were cheaper on the melissa and doug site. However, I got free shipping with Amazon so I still saved around $5.00 going thru Amazon. Thanks for the heads up! I was just about to cancel my order before I did the math.
I managed to get everything I wanted but the cottage…had one in my cart but by the time I was done checking it out it was gone. I still managed to get 5 items for $27 shipped and they will be great to have on hand for birthday parties! Thanks!

This is good advice. I was getting really excited about the art supplies until I saw your commment. The regular prices at melissaanddoug.com are cheaper than the super sale Amazon prices!
Yeah… Amazon.com can be outrageously ridiculous with their prices sometimes!! But they have amazing sales sometimes too! Just always be sure to check the manufacturer’s website before ordering to compare prices and make sure you really are getting a good deal. 🙂
