I did get one from Gillette Pro-Glide Razor. When I tried to fill out the survey, it says the promotion has ended. so just wondering. anyone tried to fill out the survey.
I got one in a Pro-Glide razor as well. I had my husband log-on and fill out the survey. He was able to complete the survey, but I haven’t gotten my $5 cash card yet…. It’s been about a month now. HTH.
I had gotten them with the biore face wash a bit ago and the same thing, when I tried to do the survey they were closed. 🙁 Hope this one is better
I found one of these about a month ago and sent it in but haven’t received anything yet. It still might be too early for me, but can anyone confirm that they actually got the cash card from one of these?

I believe I did one for Horizon Milkbreakzers about 9 months ago through this company and got my card in about 6 weeks. I was skeptical at first that it would even come but it did 🙂 I did have a hard time using it on large purchases (ie tried to use my $15 card on a $45 grocery purchase)-the card didn’t go through. BUT…..I did a bunch of small purchases at CVS/Wags/Rite-Aid and the card worked fine 🙂 HTH!
Gift cards are weird like that. You almost always have to pay the difference first if you do not have a balance to cover it.
yeah, you need to use the gift or money card last. I got 4 $10 prepaid Mastercards from a Kelloggs promo and if my purchase was over $10, say $18.50, I would pay the $8.50 in cash first, then put the rest ($10) on the money card. Never had a problem using it at the Uscan that way or at the drug stores.

Can anyone confirm that they have recently found any of these cash card for survey items in a store in NJ? We do have Shop Rite and Stop N Shop here. I would kinda like to know if these are recent finds or from a month or two ago. Thanks
