Yeah, the shipping costs are pretty high, but I just ordered 3 different game packs (Avatar The Last Airbender and Teen Titans) for my son for Christmas and the total was under $3!!! That is a great deal!!!
I had these items in my cart: People Puzzle Book, vegetable peeler, mini travel iron, thank you cards, 20 Questions PC game, and 5 pc. bathroom set-total for all: $3.59!!!! However, shipping was $10.99 and I didn’t want to pay almost $15 bucks for stuff I really didn’t need so I didn’t go through with it.
I purchased quite a few items for Christmas gifts! My total including shipping was only $21 and I managed to get 7 gifts for friends we exchange small gifts with for less than $2 a item shipped! I would normally spend $10-$15 per person on these small gifts so this was well worth it! I also got some items for myself as well. I am going to use the hose hanger bags to organize stuff in my garage such as long extension cords and hoses, etc. I also thought the hand powered cell phone chargers were great gifts for some of my hard to buy for guy friends. I can’t wait to get my stuff!
MAKE SURE YOU KNOW that the maximum shipping charge per order is $13.99, so if you already are close to that you could get a lot more stuff and not have to pay additional shipping. Once I hit 9 items (5.99 shipping for 1 item, 1.00/each add’l item), my shipping charge was 13.99, so I added a lot more to it to make it worth it (additional travel irons, more thank you cards, extra bibs, etc) Then you figure if you are getting like 30 items, the $13.99 shipping charge isn’t so bad. 🙂
Wish I’d known that, I was close to that with shipping costs. I still got a great deal but had I known shipping charges were almost maxed out I may have bought a lot more! Oh well next time I’ll know to take that into consideration.
