Yesterday the site was running extremely slow and kept timing out on me, so I through in the towel. Just curious. Someone said that the code was only good one per address. I made 4 separate transactions and got email confirmation on all of them. However today I clicked on track my order and all but the first one had been canceled. So check your order status you may only get the first one you ordered 🙁

I tried buying the Princess Dress-Up Trunk for my kids. At checkout it said that the item didn’t qualify for the discount. Just though you would want others to know that its not working on any purchase, just selected ones.

I am leary of this simply because I dont think these codes are meant for everyone,or else we would receive them. If we are registered with JCP anyway. Please correct me if I am wrong?
I got a postcard in the mail yesterday from JCP giving me this same code (Ten2You) and it says it is for a “one-time use” only. So I’m wondering if a lot of these orders will be cancelled.
Anyone else having issue finding stuff in stock? When I get to the final stages at least one item will be oos and I have to start all over again.

I placed two seperate orders for our baby Jack who is 24 days old today! I got those ADORABLE Momo booties…one in 6m baseball design and one 12m lion design. $24 on sale for $16.99 so $6.99 +tax after the TEN2YOU discount. BTW, I’ve used these codes more than once before and had no problem….I remember back a few months ago I placed two orders for two maternity shirts and they came just fine. I think the cancellations are because the items are oos. I hope those booties aren’t. Too cute!!!

I rec’d an email this morning that all of my orders had been cancelled except for one. The email explained that the code can only be used one time – even though it allowed me to input the code on each transaction. I really wish it would have worked for me! I was able to get my girls some cute sandles and school shoes. Oh well 🙁

Did they actually email you or did you find out by checking the status of your order?
They emailed me with part of the order numbers saying they were canceled. Then I checked the others and they were as well (except for one).

I think JCPenney has some issues. Every pair of shoes I chose for my cart either states the item is temporarily unavailable or once I go to checkout it states the item is out of stock. They out out this $10 coupon, then won’t let you use it on items close to $10.
I had this same problem yesterday. Plus it sucks that you can’t get anything under $10. The only shoes I could find in my daughters size were $9.99! I tried ordering 2 pairs but I couldn’t find any that I wouldn’t have to hold onto for the next 5 years! LOL

Seems this is JC Penny freaking out like Famous footwear did about all the orders! I got emails confirming all 3 of my orders with shipping estimates. Then a day later I got a call letting me know that 2 of my 3 orders were being cancelled. When I inquired as to why, the rep explained that it is a one time use code. So I asked for clarification as I was disappointed. All it says is one time use, but the code went out to more than one person? So, one time per person? per household? per purchase? She of course couldnt answer.
I am just disappointed that the details werent clear on any of the three different blogs that I saw this deal on, and that even JC Penny wasnt clear on it!?
