WATCH OUT, consumer reports just came out with a huge supplement article that explains about some horrible stuff they stick into these types of things. I highly suggest you read the article before trying anything new, it might save your life! Supplements are not regulated by the FDA and they have no rules and sometimes lie! There are 12 common supplements/ingredients that you should avoid if you really are looking for good health!
My doctor just recommended I start a probiotic so I was stoked to find this free sample. On the choices given for the free sample tho, it looks as if the probiotic option (PB 8 Acidophilus) isn’t included in the sample. Please let me know if I got that wrong. It just looks like what is included is energy supplements and calcium supplements…
