Too bad I haven’t seen a Red Plum in a few months. I buy Indianapolis Stars. Really irritating. Used to get them.
This is the second time that Schick coupons were supposed to be in my SS (8/8/10 and was it sometime in May or June), but they are not there again! I spoke with the newspaper and corporate looked into it and said there was not one… I get the Raleigh News & Observer. Anyone know anything about this? This time there is not one for the gun or the razors. Is someone at the paper keeping them or were they never there? Can someone tell me what was on the backside of the page with the gum and razors? I hate missing my favorite coupons and would love to know why I don’t get them. HELP!
You know that has happened to me too, with the maxwell house coupon a while back, I think someone takes them out and sells them on ebay 🙁
I did find the gum coupons, but still no Schick; instead, my paper has Woolite and some more Dole coupons.
I got the Raleigh paper too…My papers didn’t have a RP insert either. I’m kinda bummed about that. 🙁

I got an RP insert, it is just missing the Schick coupons and has some others that are not listed.
Lix, the same thing is happening to me as well. I’m getting really frustrated because I pay monthly for my newspaper and then I feel like I’m getting ripped off! Mine didn’t have the Sure coupon either, plus several more. GRRR!
Here in Atlanta area we got the $5.Schick, along with the 3 inserts, not 2.

I go to the gas station and just buy the newspaper so that I am not paying to get a paper minus the coupons. I do think that someone takes the inserts or high value coupons out sometimes so they can sell them. That is pathetic but it does happen. I check my papers before I buy them even though the gas station attendents think I am nuts lol….I only want the paper for the coupons so I am gonna make sure the coupons are there. You can also order the coupons you want for next to nothing (just peenies usually) and they get shipped and arrive to you quickly. I use coupon hunter to get mine. You can google that and find the website.
I always check my papers before I buy too! I think the people working there are used to it though. I was talking with one of the workers once and she was telling me how they actually caught a lady stealing the inserts out of their papers!
The Fort Worth Star paper has a General Mills insert as well. 🙂
Baltimore Sun has a General Mills insert too!
The Chicago Tribune had 3 inserts along with the $5 Schick coupon.
The Lansing State Journal in Michigan had 3 inserts wooooo, that General Mills insert had a TON of coups in it!!
