I cant find the Halls VV for August for the life of me, anyone else?
I couldn’t find mine either 🙁 I usually try to watch all of the videos, but maybe since I had so many cough drops in the cupboard I got lazy and thought I wouldn’t use that one…now i want it 🙂 I could be overlooking it though. Does anyone that found theirs know if it says “halls” or is it listed a different way?

$3/1 in-ad coupon for Veet is also a manufacturer’s coupon.(at least it says so at the top of the coupon) So how can I use 2 manufacturer’s coupons? Or these in ad coupons don’t count as manufacturer’s?
Even though the in ad coupon says manufacturer you can use it with a manufacturer coupon don’t ask me the reasoning behind it it just works. A cashier once told me that it’s because it’s rite aid specific and is almost like an advertised sale price but really I have no idea. I have never had a problem using the 2 together though.

Even the manufacturer coupons within the AD start with a “49” which is considered a Rite Aid Manufacturer Coupon.
Here is what it states: No more than one Rite Aid Valuable Coupon “48”, one Rite Aid Manufacturer Coupon “49” and one Manufacturer Coupon “5” can be used on a single item.

Yeah, I don’t get it either. The video values coupons say that they’re manufacturer coupons too. But I’ve used a VV, an in ad coupon, and a manufacturer coupon all on the same thing. If that’s the way it works, that’s the way it works. Who am I to complain?!

The coupon for the free Pampers wipes states that they must be 72 count or less and have a maximum value of $3.50. You could get the 72 count wipes and another small filler item to total $25.
Re: itunes gift card deal – I don’t think you can use the $5 off $25 coupons with gift cards.

The Rolaids softchews are on sale for $1 each. Use the $1/1 from the same insert the $4/2 coupons came from to get them for free. I don’t remember which insert this coupon comes from, but it expires 9/30/10.
The $4/2 came from the RP 6/6/10. Last time I used this coupon for (2) $1 items, they gave me the $2 overage!

I use to love rite aid but lately the deals seem to be harder to get. I am going to give them another try this week. I am hoping its me and I just havent got the hang of the new up rewards
seems to me by the middle of the month, the drug store deals sorta taper off (I mostly shop Walgreens & CVS, so RA is new to me. I was super excited the first couple of weeks, but this week, I just can’t put a scenerio together. I may just get the toothpaste or floss so it’ll qualify for the oral care GC. But other than that, nothing else is screaming BUY ME BUY ME lol!
And I have almost $20 in ECBs expiring this week that I will most likely have to blow since I don’t see anything I absolutely need to roll them. Its just a bad week for all 3 for me I think!

Not sure about the Post It Rebate….its says “labels”..are we sure that sticky notes are considered labels? What do you guys think?!
If you look carefully at the pictures that are shown on the rebate form, it only shows Post It LABELS, not just Post It notes. I was excited to do this rebate with all the free Post Its I have gotten lately, but I don’t think it will work with the notes 🙁

I’m new to rite aid shopping and I requested my August 2010 rebate check last week without realizing you can only request one per period. Is there a way I can request an additional check? Can I set up another account on their website to enter new receipts?
Only one check per month, do you have a friend or family member close by where you could use their address? I am pretty sure it is one per household.
It is one per household. You can set up another account with a different address and have your check sent their. I have one set up for me and one for my husbands. “His” rebated checks go to his mom’s house.
If you have already tried to enter additional receipts on your account, you probably won’t be able to re-enter it even if you set up another account.
My rite aid had small tubes of St. Ives hand lotion for 99 cents and BOGO. So 4 tubes for FREE when using two off the 1 off coupons. The body wash was priced 3.99 at my store and I didn’t have the vv coupon so I opted for the hand cream.
My Rite Aid had Glade Scented Oil Candles Products on clearance 50% off. I had $1/1 Q’s and paid $0.74 for the Scented Oil Candle Tins.

the sea breeze deep clean astrigent was only 4.49 at my rite aid, plus there was a $1 up reward. so it ended up being a money maker with the scr, coupon, and up reward.

I looked at three different Rite Aids and they did not carry any lotions or hand creams. Just a lot of expensive facial treatments.
I found the body scrub and the hand lotion (both in those short squat screw top containers) in the “fancy body lotion area”…in my store it’s to the left of the regular body lotion (aveeno, eucerin, etc). It’s by all the scented batch stuff, like Calgon, etc. It took me awhile to find it and they only had a few containers of it…

FYI, Folks…. According to an employee at my local Rite Aid, ten of the Greenville, SC Rite Aids will become SavALots. This means they will put all their to be discontinued stock on clearance beginning TUESDAY to make way for the new model of SAL RA. Many cleaning product, air freshners and such are now marked 50% off….Make sure they ring up correctly as I found mine was priced at full price. They will still maintain a pharmacy. I doubt we will see the number of brand names we are familiar with. Will most likely be like an Aldi meets a Rite Aid. See this URL from a blog in the Northwest US to see what to expect. i noticed that RA changed their vv coupon for the $/$$. it used to be $5 off $20 now it is $5 off $25. but nevertheless, i used my “$5 off $25 vv coupon” from watching 20 credits today and on my receipt, it rung up as “$5 off $20″…. does this mean the coupon couldve worked if i bought $20 worth of stuff instead?

Yesterday, i shopped in my rite aid and got 2 oral-b toothbrushes ($2.99ea) using 0.75 off any 1 oral-b manual toothbrush (8/1 PG) and a BOGO (any oral-b toothbrush) (8/15 RP). I paid $2.24 but on the receipt I got two $1.50 +up rewards, not as said on the paper “limit 1 per household”. Free toothbrushes-not bad!
I did the same thing…had to settle for medium bristles, but you can’t beat practically free!
For claritin, there is a 3$/1 coupon on coupons.com, sweeten the deal just a bit more rather than the 2$/1 coupon listed.
My Rite Aid had $4off peelies on the Blink eyedrops. Wish I would have stopped at RiteAid before I bought them at CVS. Would have been a $4 mm at CVS.
The Purex Laundry Detergent is on sale 2 for $5. If you use the $1/2 coupon from 8/15’s newspaper the total would be $4 for both! This Rite Aid deal is cheaper than the Walgreens’ sale on the same item buy one Purex at 6.99 and get one free! It’s only $1 difference but I think it’s worth it. 🙂
I was all excited to try couponing at Rite aid for the first time but it all went down the drain when i saw the price marked for St ives body wash as $5 and lowest price of nivea cream was $8 (cheapest was nivea hand cream $6). I felt as if i was missing something. Its the first time i went to use coupon at Rite aid. I would appreciate if anyone can let me know what i am doing wrong…or let me know how you did this scenario to get the most out of it………
There is a $3 off coupon for Tums. I can’t remember where I got it but this makes for a cheap, big bottle of Tums this week at Rite Aid.
